William G. Sturm serves as Chief Financial Officer for PeopleShare Inc., where he provides financial, strategic and overall operational leadership. Mr. Sturm has over 25 years experience in guiding companies in achieving extensive growth, operational efficiencies and profitability. Prior to PeopleShare, Mr. Sturm was Corporate Controller for Power Home Remodeling Group Inc., a sales and marketing company that had revenues exceeding $120 million, with over 900 employees, with offices extending from Boston, MA to Atlanta, GA. Prior to Power HRG, he was Chief Financial Officer at Action Duplication Inc., a manufacturer of CDs and DVDs focused primarily on the corporate commercial market. Prior to Action, Mr. Sturm served as Chief Financial Officer for Associated Resource Management Services Inc. (ARMS), a medical device distributor to hospitals in the mid-Atlantic region. And prior to ARMS, he was a manager at Rainer & Co., a regional certified public accounting firm. Mr. Sturm has served on various boards including civic, school and athletic associations.

Olga started with PeopleShare as a recruiter in the Pottstown location. There she had her clients’ best interests at heart and excelled in making good connections with her candidates. She was skilled in bilingual recruitment and had made numerous successful placements in the field.
Olga recently transitioned into a new role as a Risk Management Specialist where her main responsibilities are managing Workers Compensation Claims and Unemployment Claims and reducing cost in both areas. Prior to working at PeopleShare, Olga was part of the recruitment staff at Adecco. It was at Adecco where Olga perfected her light industrial recruitment and learned of her love of recruiting!
Olga is an active participant at the Tri County Chamber WOW luncheons and attends many of the functions. |

Heather started with PeopleShare May of 2009 as an assistant in the payroll department. She has since has expanded her responsibilities. Heather processes payroll for over 500 employees a week as well as managing special requests. In addition, she handles all bank transactions and invoicing to our clients.
Heather came to Peopleshare from Venture Insurance Programs where she handled loss control and claims in Risk management. |

Regina started with PeopleShare in 2005 and is the Director of Marketing for the company. In the short time PeopleShare has been in business Regina has made the PeopleShare Brand one of the most recognized staffing companies in the Philadelphia market. Her work includes the design of the PeopleShare website which is both aesthetically pleasing and a valuable tool for our Customers and Employees.
Prior to joining PeopleShare Regina worked as a Staffing Specialist for Volt Services Group and for Keystone Temps. She is a graduate of Temple University, with a degree in Communications. |

Kim started with PeopleShare in October of 2010 after relocating to the area from Florida. Prior to joining our team, she was employed with Valet Waste as an Accounting Assistant. There she handled standard accounting needs including payroll processing for over 700 contractors, all of accounts payable and accounts receivable. She was also the backup to the receptionist and handled various administrative tasks.
Kim attended Bob Jones University and Hillsborough Community College. She brings to PeopleShare over 20 years of experience within the Accounting arena and Administrative field. |

Prior to joining PeopleShare, Jonelle was employed with Deacon Industrial Supply as an Accounting Support Supervisor from 2007-2010. In this role, she supported the daily operations of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. She also worked within financial services in the banking industry. There she worked in a branch assisting clients for both personal and business needs. Jonelle received Sovereign Bank’s Above & Beyond Award 2003 for top 3 performance bank-wide, and multiple Legendary Service Awards from Citizens Bank in 2006 and 2007.
Jonelle graduated magna cum laude from Montgomery County Community College with an Associate’s degree in Liberal Studies. There she also obatined a certificate in Business Management. She is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Montgomery County Community College, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Governor’s University. Jonelle is a member of Phi Theta Kappa national honor society.

Tiffany started with PeopleShare in November 2008 as a Recruiter in the Pottstown branch. In January 2011, she transitioned into a new role as a Corporate Trainer.
Tiffany came to PeopleShare from a leading corporation where her experience varied from retail management, corporate training and development, and recruitment. Tiffany graduated with an Associate’s degree in Management/Marketing and is currently attending Strayer University pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She is a National member of SHRM, a Board Member for the Greater Pottstown SHRM Chapter, and currently holds the position of Web Administrator. |
