Lynda Graham | Chief Financial Officer
In November 2013, Lynda started at PeopleShare as Chief Financial Officer. Lynda is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.  

Lynda came to PeopleShare from Spectrum, A Herman Miller Dealer as Vice President of Finance where she directed the finances of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware division of a subsidiary dealership of Herman Miller. Previously, she worked at Medidata Inc, a pharmaceutical software company with a focus on due diligence, mergers, acquisitions and an initial public offering of the company. Lynda has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master Degree of Business Administration from Rutgers University. Lynda is an Executive Board Member and owner of PKPD Inc, a clinical pharmacology and pharmacometric research and development organization.  Lynda looks forward to contributing and growing with PeopleShare over the next several years.

Jami Rossman | Director of Operations


Jami has more than 25 years’ experience in business management, sales, leadership, recruiting, staffing, and human services. She presently holds the position of Director of Operations with PeopleShare. Jami has conducted regional and national trainings in addition to one-on-one customized business services including onsite services, VMS and MSP program management. She has provided these services to organizations and individuals across the country in the following marketplaces: NYC, Boston, Pittsburgh, Houston, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Wilmington.

Over the last 16 years she has assisted thousands of professionals identify their true career path and aided in opening doors through her network and management ability. She is well versed in resume and cover letter writing, networking and job searching techniques, recruiting, interviewing and interview preparation, career transition, process and employee development/redevelopment. She is a published poet and photographer and thrilled to be on the corporate team to assist PeopleShare with its mission to provide great people to great companies!

Jayne Algier | Accounting


Jayne joined the People Share team in September of 2013 as an Accounts Payable accountant. Her main responsibility is processing Accounts Payable invoices paired with various administrative tasks.


Jayne’s career spans twenty years in the Accounting field mainly in the Real Estate and Manufacturing industries. She is capable of wearing many hats and thrives in a fast paced environment. In 2010 she graduated from Albright College earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Olga Corcino | Risk Manager

Olga started with PeopleShare as a recruiter in the Pottstown location. There she had her clients’ best interests at heart and excelled in making good connections with her candidates. She was skilled in bilingual recruitment and had made numerous successful placements in the field.

Olga recently transitioned into a new role as a Risk Management Specialist where her main responsibilities are managing Workers Compensation Claims and Unemployment Claims and reducing cost in both areas. Prior to working at PeopleShare, Olga was part of the recruitment staff at local staffing firm. While there, Olga perfected her light industrial recruitment and learned of her love of recruiting!

Olga is an active participant at the Tri County Chamber WOW luncheons and attends many of the functions.

Katie Davie | Program Director

Katie joined the PeopleShare team in May 2011 as Recruiting Manager for a high volume client and in November 2012 was promoted to Program Director.

Prior to joining PeopleShare, Katie was a Recruiter in the Mortgage Industry for the previous three years. She began as a Senior Mortgage Consultant and after six years of selling mortgages she transitioned into the Recruiter position where she found her niche. Katie enjoys the satisfaction of helping others find their niche.

Heather Derecola | Accounting


Heather started with PeopleShare May of 2009 as an assistant in the payroll department. She has since has expanded her responsibilities. Heather processes payroll for over 500 employees a week as well as managing special requests. In addition, she handles all bank transactions and invoicing to our clients.

Heather came to PeopleShare from Venture Insurance Programs where she handled loss control and claims in Risk management.


Regina Donald | Director of Marketing

Regina started with PeopleShare in 2005 and is the Director of Marketing for the company. In the short time PeopleShare has been in business Regina has made the PeopleShare Brand one of the most recognized staffing companies in the Philadelphia market. Her work includes the design of the PeopleShare website which is both aesthetically pleasing and a valuable tool for our Customers and Employees.

Prior to joining PeopleShare Regina worked as a Staffing Specialist for Volt Services Group and for Keystone Temps. She is a graduate of Temple University, with a degree in Communications.

Joni Farbizio | Accounting


Joni joined the PeopleShare team in March 2011. She assists the accounting department with cash receipts, billing, payroll and various other duties.

Previously, Joni worked within the Mortgage Banking industry in Secondary Marketing. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Washington State University.

Donna Hedgepeth | Accounting


In December 2012, Donna joined the PeopleShare as an Accounts Receivable accountant. She is taking on accounts receivables, general accounting and is responsible for various administrative work. She has over 24 years’ experience in customer service within 2 major retail chains. Donna graduated Magna cum Laude in May 2012 from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.


Donna brings with her 12 years' experience in accounting as an office manager/bookkeeper and accounts payable administrative clerk. She is no stranger to customer service, multitasking and handling a fast pace, high volume environment. These skills make her a great addition to the PeopleShare team.

Jessica Mauras | Corporate Recruiter/HR Generalist

Jessica started with PeopleShare in February 2010 as a Human Resources Intern. During her internship, she gained a tremendous amount of staffing knowledge and developed a passion for the field. She was quickly promoted to Recruiting Coordinator in September 2010, again in January 2011 to a Recruiter, and once more in July 2013 to the Corporate Recruiter / HR Generalist. Jess graduated with a degree in Management and looks forward to further accomplishments in the field of Human Resources.

Jessica enjoys being a point of contact for all potential and current PeopleShare employees, and thrives on building stronger relationships with both. By identifying the top talent in our industry, she is excited to continue to contribute to the success of PeopleShare.

Jennifer Raynor | Program Manager


Jennifer joined the PeopleShare team in March of 2012 as an on-site resource for one of PeopleShare’s VMS clients. In July of 2012 she also joined the accounting team where her main responsibility was processing Accounts Payable's. She attended Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. She moved to Pennsylvania shortly after graduating college and settled into the Pottstown area.

In August 2013, Jennifer was promoted to Program Manager for PeopleShare's VMS client where she originally started as an on-site coordinator.

Tiffany Suesz | Corporate Trainer

Tiffany started with PeopleShare in November 2008 as a Recruiter in the Pottstown branch. In January 2011, she transitioned into a new role as a Corporate Trainer where she is responsible for internal training and development.

Tiffany came to PeopleShare from a leading retail corporation where her experience varied from management, corporate training and development, and recruitment. She has an Associate’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Strayer University. She is a National member of SHRM and a Board Member for the Greater Pottstown SHRM Chapter where currently holds the position of Web Administrator.

Jennifer Vanisko | On-Site Billing Coordinator

Jennifer started her career with PeopleShare in October2013 as an on-site Billing Specialist for one of PeopleShare's VMS clients. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park. 

Before joining PeopleShare, Jennifer's experience included over 15 years within the consumer and business-to-business finance industry with a focus in customer service and personal & commercial credit and within education fundraising support with a primary focus on customer service and sales.

Laura Webber | Accounting Liaison & Customer Support


Laura started her career with PeopleShare in February of 2014 as an Accounting Liaison and Customer Support Representative. She has many roles from accounting and payroll to assisting in Worker’s Compensation and unemployment processes. Laura is also responsible for communications between our accounting department and internal employees. She is the voice you will hear when you call the corporate office!


Before joining PeopleShare, Laura’s experience included over 15 years within the manufacturing industry with primary functions in payroll,accounts receivable and accounts payables, sales, and shipping.
