Meet Our Founders
Prior to starting PeopleShare, Dave founded Keystone Staffing a temporary service company providing clerical, accounting and light industrial employees to businesses in Southeastern Pennsylvania. In 7 years the business reached $5 million in annual revenue. Dave sold Keystone to a publicly traded, $2 billion staffing company based in Orange, CA. With a limited presence on the east coast the company made its first ever acquisition in Keystone to spring board its position in the market. As the East Coast Regional Manager for the new company, Dave led his region from $5 million in revenue to $53 million over the following 4 years opening 10 offices in major markets.
While there, Dave's leadership and accomplishments were significant. They include,
  • Increased profits in his region by 900%, including all startup offices, over 4 years.
  • Headed up two National Sales Teams that brought in accounts individually over $ 30 Million in annual sales company wide.
  • Was one of four National Sales Trainers. Personally trained over 100 sales professionals.
  • Sold, implemented, and ran a major outsourcing program of over 300 FTE's for Hewlett Packard.
  • Selected to be on “Executive Strategy Committee” formed to develop the first vision statement for the company.

With over 20 years' staffing experience, Dave's background as president of a small company and an executive in a top 10 staffing company gives him a unique advantage of knowing the strengths of both and how to make them benefit customers of PeopleShare.

Prior to starting PeopleShare, Ryan's experience includes over 20 years in the staffing industry along with extensive sales and sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. During his 7 years at PDI, the world largest contract sales organization supporting the pharmaceutical industry, Ryan continually rose through the ranks.
Beginning his career as a sales representative, Ryan was promoted several times eventually to region director of the northeast sales organization. At PDI, he was continually a top performer and recognized in the companies circle of excellence awarded to only the top 2 percent company management.

In early 2003, Ryan was hired by a major Philadelphia-based staffing company to turnaround their Philadelphia market that was unprofitable. Within 8 months, Ryan led a team that increased revenue from $16,800/week in June to $63,000/week in December, a 275% increase in revenue. Within 3 months Ryan turned the unprofitable office into one of the most profitable offices in the company and was consistently recognized as one of the top five managers in the company. Ryan’s experience, talent and drive brings the depth to the PeopleShare management team needed for long term growth.
