Jr. Recruiter – Chambersburg, PA

We have an immediate opportunity for a Recruiter to join the Chambersburg team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a customer service role such as hotel, bank, restaurant or other.

In this role, you will focus on recruitment of light industrial (warehouse/general labor), clerical and administrative positions (accounting/finance, HR, customer service, etc.)

Responsibilities include:

  • Discuss open positions with job candidates – set up, confirm and conduct in-person interviews
  • Conduct orientations, set up payroll information, review employment paperwork for completion
  • Conduct background investigations, employment verifications and other pre-employment checks
  • Mentor and coach candidates on assignments
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, and co-workers
  • Maintain 100% excellent documentation within ATS
  • Attend daily team meetings

Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Collegeville, PA

Summary: Support Talent Acquisition Manager in full-cycle recruitment for internal hiring at PeopleShare.

Description:

    • Greet and welcome all guests and visitors to PS Corporate HQ
    • Answer the telephone and direct callers at PS Corporate HQ
    • Post ads to job boards, update social media and update college and universities websites
    • Screen resumes, conduct Talent Calls, schedule in-person interviews for Talent Acquisition Manager
    • Conduct reference check calls
  • Coordinate skills testing (ProveIt)
  • Conduct video interviews for all prospective candidates
  • Screen intern candidates, set up on-site branch interviews, create employment documentation (offer letters and non-compete agreements) and notify HR of on-boarding for all interns
  • Cross training and understanding of: On-Boarding and Off-Boarding Process
  • Maintain excellent documentation within ATS
    Complete other projects as needed

Accounting Manager – Collegeville, PA

We have an exciting opportunity to join our corporate team! We are in search of an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for managing the accounting and finance team through various accounting support functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the monthly close cycle and ensuring adherence to monthly/quarterly/annual close schedules
  • Managing a team of accountants and support staff in accounts payable, cash applications, finance, etc. through full cycle finance and accounting.
  • Responsible for timeliness, adherence, compliance and accuracy of all sales, payroll and other tax filings for corporation.
  • Responsible for managing accounts payable process and ensuring all aspects have proper processes and procedures established and team is following both and function is properly segregated.
  • Responsible for reviewing all account reconciliations and monthly close activities and ensure that financial statements and accrual balances are properly stated.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the financial statement, bank and other statutory audits as required.
  • Assist in General Ledger process, i.e. (making accruals, completing period end close, review financial statements, reconciling bank recs as needed).
  • Assist staff accountant in various Sales and payroll tax returns as needed.
  • Ensure cash applications for payment from clients is being done properly and procedures are well documented and being followed.
  • Support Ad Hoc requests from CFO

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting and at least 5 years’ experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager role
  • Responsible for the monthly close for a private or publicly traded company at least $10 million in size.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
