Suzanne is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office. The responsibilities include operations, sales and customer service, and the development of new business. She provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Through these operations, Suzanne has achieved individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Along with her other responsibilities, she actively participates in community affairs to increase the Company’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
She is a member of the Greater Valley Forge Chapter of SHRM where she sits on the board for recruiting and retention. Suzanne is also a member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and sits on the ambassador committee. Before coming to PeopleShare, Suzanne spent 18 years in sales and management. 16 of these years were with Lexus of Palm Beach where she climbed up the sales ladder into management of several different departments. While there, she managed the number five volume Lexus dealership in the country and was a nine time winner of the “Elite of Lexus” award.

Therese began working as a Staffing Specialist in the King of Prussia branch of PeopleShare in November of 2011. She is responsible for actively recruiting, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates to fulfill various client staffing needs efficiently.
Therese comes to PeopleShare with 20 years of staffing industry experience. She has spent her career in the temp, temp-hire and direct hire venues staffing for light industrial, legal, financial, clerical and medical positions. Therese has worked as a full cycle recruiter and enjoys providing excellent customer service while developing client and candidate relationships.

Jackie began working as a Recruiter at the PeopleShare King of Prussia office June of 2011. Jackie worked last year on site as a recruiter on the Corporate Call Center project. On this project she was responsible for recruiting a high volume of candidates. When her assignment was complete she began working at ICG Commerce where she received rave reviews.
Jackie is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. She looks forward to further accomplishments in the field of recruiting and staffing. |

Margot has been with PeopleShare since January of 2010 when she began working at the King of Prussia Office through a Human Resources internship. In May of 2010 she graduated from Temple University with a degree in Psychology and minor in Religion.
Since graduation, she has begun working in our Philadelphia office as a Public Workforce Liaison. This position involves working through the Way to Work Philadelphia program; a new program that matches regional employers with employees funded by the Federal Stimulus Bill. By working with job developers through the eight EARN Centers and five CareerLinks in Philadelphia, Margot is able to screen potential candidates and assesses their workforce capabilities. After the screening process, she is then able to present candidates to our PeopleShare recruiters so that they may be placed in available positions.

Erin started with PeopleShare as an intern in May 2011. During her internship, she gained a tremendous amount of recruiting experience and developed a passion for the field of human resources. In December 2012, she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Strategic Communications from Temple University. She looks forward to further accomplishments in the field of staffing and recruiting.
