Lindsay started with PeopleShare in August 2011 and joined the Philadelphia Team. She graduated with honors in 2007 from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Communications and focused minor is Business Management. Her qualities of being competitive, aggressive, and a leader developed as she received a full scholarship to play on Kutztown’s women’s basketball team.
She began her sales career fresh out of college in 2007, landing the position of Account Executive at Konica Minolta Business Solutions. While she was there, she learned the extensive prospecting skills needed to make it in any type of sales career. Over 90 percent of companies closed were new business prospects. She consistently exceeded her monthly quota and was named “Rookie of the Fiscal Year” in 2008.
Lindsay was then offered a named Account Executive position with Security Products International at the end of 2008. She took on a much larger territory, selling covert equipment, security cameras, and monitoring systems to local law enforcement agencies, airports, and sectors of the FBI and CIA. She was promoted to Sales manager after 10 months and managed 5 sales reps along with keeping her existing customer base.
Lindsay enjoys the competitive nature of selling, and has a sense of pride in her company’s product that shines through to her customers. She also enjoys the networking aspect of meeting new people on daily basis and thrives on her customer’s complete fulfillment of their needs. |

Amy began working with the PeopleShare team in December 2011 as a Direct Hire Recruiter. Prior to joining the PeopleShare team, Amy has had 10 years of sales and networking experience throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, most recently with a National Staffing firm.
Amy enjoys both the sales and recruiting aspects of the position, gaining satisfaction placing great candidates in great careers. She holds a B.A. From West Chester University. |

Cassia started with PeopleShare as an intern in May 2010. In this role, she developed strong skills within recruiting and decided to further her studies geared towards the Human Resources field. In May 2011, she graduated with honors and a degree in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Cassia recently joined the Philadelphia team as a Staffing Coordinator where she enjoys being a contact for both clients and applicants. Prior to starting with PeopleShare, Cassia gained valuable skills in special events and marketing through previous internship experiences. She is a resident of Horsham, and loves working in the City. |

Jennifer began working with PeopleShare in May 2012 as Senior Staffing Specialist. She brings with her 10 years of recruiting and account management experience from both a national staffing firm and a privately owned boutique firm. Jennifer uses her experience to create a great rapport with clients and candidates a like in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Jennifer has a BS Degree in Speech Communication from Millersville University and attained her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certificate in 2006. She currently resides in the Philadelphia area. |
