Bob joined PeopleShare in February of 2012 as the Branch Manager of our new Pittsburgh office. He has over 17 years of staffing experience working in various management and sales roles at multi-billion dollar and privately owned staffing firms. Bob has managed multiple offices and he has enjoyed success on a local, regional and national level. His staffing experience includes Office, Light Industrial, Technical and Professional staffing.
Upon moving to Pittsburgh in 2001 Bob was hired by a major international staffing firm to turn around a regional Technical office which had not been profitable for 7 years. Within the first year the office was turning a profit and continued to experience growth year after year. Each of these years Bob was consistently rated as one of the top 10 sales performers in the United States.

Julia began working as a Recruiter for PeopleShare in February 2012 in the Pittsburgh branch. She has 8 years of recruitment experience for both profit and non-profit companies.
Prior to working with PeopleShare, Julia recruited for FedEx Ground-Greensburg Station. Due to successfully exceeding her assigned quota, she also assisted with recruitment for two other Pittsburgh stations:Sewickley and Neville Island.
Julia began her recruiting career at a local non-profit organization, seeking candidates for adult training programs and a local trade school. She fulfilled the non-profit's partnership role at the PA CareerLink-Westmoreland assisting job seekers in the Career Resource Center.
She has BS Degree in Education from Clarion University and believes that educating a job seeker on how to get a job is the first step toward employment. |
