Jennifer started with PeopleShare in 2007 as a Branch Manager. She was quickly promoted to Area Manager. Jennifer manages both the Pottstown and West Chester locations. Prior to joining PeopleShare Jennifer started her career in staffing at Accounting Principals then Adecco.
Jennifer is The President of The Greater Pottstown SHRM Chapter and is an active member of the KenCrest Business and Industry Council, and the Tri County Chamber of Commerce. Most recently Jen was acknowledged as a contributor in 101 Hiring Mistakes Employers Make and How To Avoid Them by Richard Fein. |

Andrew joined the Pottstown branch in December 2010. He is a recent graduate of Temple University where he majored in Psychology with a minor in business focusing on human resources. Andrew tailored his studies to the cognitive and behavioral aspects that influence people on a daily basis to prepare himself for a profession that emphasizes people.
As a driven, team-oriented individual, Andrew is consistently open to taking on new challenges and assisting the team in obtaining the results that PeopleShare and its clientele are looking for. His interpersonal skills not only aide his ability as a recruiter but make him an intricate member of PeopleShare as well.

Melanie joined the Pottstown team in April of 2011. Prior to coming to PeopleShare, Melanie was a Recruiter for Adecco for nearly 5 years and served as a point of contact for several major accounts. She comes to us with experience in recruiting both light industrial and clerical candidates.
Melanie graduated from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She takes pride in her work and dedication to assisting candidates with finding employment.

Barbara brings tremendous experience to PeopleShare. With over 17 years of advertising expertise managing a wide client base, she is skilled at meeting our clients’ needs. Barbara made the transition to PeopleShare in September of 2006. Since that time, she has become quite adept at matching our qualified candidates to a variety of positions with our client companies.
Barbara is a long-time Pottstown resident, and as such, she has a good understanding of the local community. She is an expert at finding great candidates for those hard-to-fill positions. |

Jessica started with PeopleShare as an intern in February 2010. During her internship, she gained a tremendous amount of recruiting experience and developed a passion for the field. In May 2011, she graduated with a degree in Management. She looks forward to further accomplishments in the field of Human Resources and staffing. Jess was quickly promoted to Recruiting Coordinator in September 2010, then again in January 2011 to a Recruiter.
Jessica enjoys being a point of contact for clients as well as job-seekers, and thrives on building stronger relationships with both. Her varied recruiting and administrative responsibilities allow for her to contribute to the success of PeopleShare and all of its clients. |
