Rich started with PeopleShare in November of ’08, when we opened our fourth office in West Chester, PA. He markets our temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire services in our Chester/Delaware County territories. He is responsible for generating sales, gaining market share and opening key accounts. He provides innovative strategic plans and processes to insure the branch’s success.
Prior to his role at PeopleShare, Rich was an Account Manager for a financial firm where he was recognized as one of the leaders in the company for having the most profitable territory in the country. Rich begin his career with a start-up staffing company and was instrumental in the tremendous success the company had in this region.
Rich is a member of the Chester County Human Resource Association where he is on the Membership Committee.

Ben has over five years of staffing experience. He is a graduate of West Chester University. His excitement and passion for the arena is welcome. He is customer service focused and enjoys the challenge of matching the right candidate to the right position. Ben is responsible for full cycle recruitment and is involved in the branch’s unemployment and workers compensation management. Ben is actively involved in CCHRA and thrives in the human resources field.
Prior to working with PeopleShare, Ben spent two years working in the recruitment field with CLP in Blue Bell Pennsylvania. While at CLP he exceeded expectations with filling positions and developing long term client relationships.

Paul is a graduate from Shippensburg University with a degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining PeopeShare, Paul gained valuable industry experience as a Human Resource Coordinator for a Regional Staffing Firm.
Paul is responsible for actively sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to fulfill various client openings.

Jake offers three years of staffing experience. He is responsible for actively recruiting, interviewing, testing and placing qualified candidates to meet the needs of our clients effectively. Jake is skilled at understanding client needs and building strong relationships.
He graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to working at PeopleShare, Jake gained valuable industry experience working as a technical recruiter for a national firm.
