As a member of the Customer Service Team you will play a pivotal role in one of our organization’s most crucial departments. Each week you will assist in our payroll process for the entire organization, which includes auditing payroll records, responding to questions via email/phone, and developing best practices with the rest of the CS Team. We are growing organization and are looking for a Lead who has the discipline and creativity to help our department run like a well-oiled machine.

Job Summary Checklist:

  • Process internal and temporary associate payroll
  • Enter deductions and garnishment orders
  • Analyze and convert email timesheet submissions to PDF’s for entry
  • Enter converted timesheets into our ABD system for payroll processing
  • Develop and maintain various audits/procedures to ensure accurate payroll
  • Audit bank files and payroll records to confirm accuracy and avoid payment delay
  • Learn and troubleshoot with the following software: WebTime (our electronic timesheet platform), EDGE (our ATS), Back Office (our payroll platform)
  • Assist with general payroll tax questions from Associates
  • Assist CS Manager in developing current staff and efficient payroll processes
  • Develop and lead training sessions with both staff and client

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience processing payroll for 100+ associates
  • General payroll tax knowledge relating to both employee and company
  • Efficiency in Microsoft, especially relating to Excel
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Ability to work remotely with excellent time management skills
  • Management and Training experience
  • Willingness to take ownership and manage multiple corporate initiatives concurrently
  • Proven ability to fully comprehend and execute technical systems, software, and procedures
  • Successful track record of implementing and gaining full adherence
  • Clear, concise communication skills, solid business sense and excellent presentation skills
  • Executive level communication skills including constructive feedback on process improvement
  • Ability to multitask with ever changing priorities
