PeopleShare is currently searching for an HR and Recruitment Coordinator.

In this role, you will:
· Source, screen and interview (in-person) candidates — spend the time to get to know your candidates and what type of job is the perfect match.
· Manage the client-interview process – set up client interviews, ensure your candidates are well-informed on the positions and have pertinent info about the client company
· Conduct background checks, employment verifications as well as reference checks
· Maintain excellent communication with your team — we meet daily, we are all working toward the same goal — grow the branch!
· Maintain 100% excellent documentation within ATS — document all of your recruiting activities
· Must have excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills and previous customer service background such as restaurant, hotel, front desk or other.
Recruiting experience is not a must, we have amazing training! The ideal person for this role will be a go-getter, have an outgoing and friendly personality and wants to work as part of our awesome team.
