As an On Site Supervisor at PeopleShare, you are a pivotal member of the PeopleShare organization. Your work will have a direct and major impact on the business. The Supervisor will work to quickly assess candidates’ skill set and match each candidate to the perfect job so that they can hit the ground running on day 1! This is a very rewarding, fast paced and fun job! It is full time and we offer excellent compensation and benefits. The position is Monday – Friday, no weekends.
  • Strong Communication skills with branch team, client team and field employees
  • Develop and maintain recruiting plans to fill client’s openings
  • Screening and interviewing applicants
  • Making hiring decisions
  • Completing reference checks on applicants
  • Managing Drug Screens and/or Background Checks
  • Conducting comprehensive orientation to new employees
  • Counseling employees on appropriate attire, conduct and performance
  • Taking and fulfilling customer requests for hiring additional employees
  • Maintaining timely follow-ups with client regarding the confirmation of filled orders and arrival of employees and all other tracking of time and attendance
  • Follow-up with client supervisors regarding performance of each employee
  • Track and measure the employee’s ongoing performance
  • Reward and discipline those employee’s per client’s feedback
  • Accurate documentation of all employee communications
  • Maintaining customer profile information in current manner
  • Provide specific recommendations for actions which would improve customer servicing
  • Verify and audit time cards of all outsourced employees and submit payroll
  • Take all first-reports of injury from outsourced workers and follow through to assure proper medical treatment if required
  • Maintain regular contact with employees
  • Walk the production floor and observe field employee’s performance and behaviors
  • Staff warehouse positions
  • Handle termination of outsourced employees as necessary
  • Using strong Employment Law knowledge to manage issues or give direction to employees
  • Be very strong in their ability to track, measure and document metrics and KPI’s for both BP and Client
  • Extremely organized
  • Payroll processing on a weekly basis
  • Strong PC Skills in Word, Excel, Data Entry
  • Grammatical skills and strong diction
  • Flexible and dependable
  • Analytical and good problem solver
  • Very proactive and using foresight at all times
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Administration and execution of all programs, such as: safety, production, attendance or other programs
  • Exercises professional behavior and good judgment with employees and client
  • Potentially overseeing an additional core staff member on the on-site team
  • Making independent decisions pertaining to the client’s needs ongoing
  • Other duties as required or assigned
To be successful in this role:
  • Recruiting experience is highly preferred. Ideal candidate must be used to working in a fast paced environment, customer/client focused role
  • Experience with hiring, recruiting, scheduling, managing a staff schedule
  • Will consider inside sales, call center, hospitality, restaurant, admissions, or other similar prior work experience
  • Experience working in a position with performance goals and KPIs
  • Excellent computer skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Experience working within a CRM or ATS a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot as the needs of the business change
