  • Schedule and conduct both phone interviews, as well as in-person interviews (10 in-person interviews per week)
  • Post ads on social media, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other sites to increase our brand awareness and generate applications
  • Conduct skills testing, reference checks, background investigations
  • Manage the client communication — scheduling all candidate/client interviews
  • Prepping candidates to meet with clients
  • Ensure all data is properly entered into database
  • Attend daily team meetings
  • Host open house or job fair events at your branch
  • Conduct orientation meetings with each job seeker — set up their payroll, login credentials, review all employment policies and procedures
  • Maintain excellent follow up and feedback from job seekers while on assignment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in a customer service role such as retail sales, hotel, restaurant, bar, bank or other
  • Experience with scheduling, hiring and /or interviewing is a plus — not required
