Job Overview:

  • Excellent communication skills with branch team, clients and field employees
  • Along with your team, you will develop and maintain recruiting plans to fill clients openings
  • Screening and interviewing job applicants (over the phone and in person)
  • Making hiring decisions
  • Complete reference checks on job applicants
  • Managing drug screens and/or background checks
  • Conduct comprehensive orientation to new employees in person
  • Counsel employees on appropriate attire, conduct and performance
  • Take and fulfill customer requests for hiring additional employees
  • Maintain timely follow-ups with client regarding the confirmation of filled orders and arrival of employees and all other tracking of time and attendance
  • Follow-up with client supervisors regarding performance of each employee
    • Track and measure the employee’s ongoing performance
  • Accurate documentation of all employee communications
  • Maintain customer profile information
  • Provide outstanding customer service for our job applicants and clients
  • Take all first-reports of injury from outsourced workers and follow through to assure proper medical treatment if required
  • Handle termination of outsourced employees as necessary
  • Administration and execution of all programs, such as: safety, production, attendance or other programs
  • Other duties as required or assigned

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Excellent computer skills and able to work in MS Word and Outlook
  • Customer service experience — at least 3 years
  • Solid, long term job tenure
  • Analytical and good problem solver
  • Very proactive and able to think ahead
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Highly preferred if you have experience in scheduling, hiring, interviewing or other similar experience
  • Able to work at a fast pace, with ever-changing priorities
  • Associates Degree or above preferred
