The Social Media Strategist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing & Public Relations efforts, and increase candidate and sales leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the PeopleShare social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Maintain professional education on changes to social media trends
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Ensure content is informative and appealing independently and in collaboration with others
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide constructive feedback on social media strategies
  • Assist in content updates to PeopleShare’s website
  • Maintain brand consistency
  • Frequent posts of internal employee updates
  • Support and execute social media strategy for internal talent acquisition team
  • Work with operations and training to develop the best strategies for acquiring candidate and client leads

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role or combination of experience and educational background will be considered
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with conducting audience research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent and proven attention to detail
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent and proven time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
