Join our Team as a PeopleShare Corporate Recruiter as we continue our growth! This is a very exciting opportunity to make an impact on our business! This position is Monday – Friday and 100% remote working from home. We are the leader in our industry and we’re looking for a recruiting superstar to help us attract top talent!
Job Summary:
  • Support Talent Acquisition team with full-cycle recruitment for company-wide internal PS positions
  • Grow PeopleShare by identifying top talent including passive jobseekers
  • Identify candidates with an aptitude for sales
  • Build a pipeline of candidates – generate interest in joining PeopleShare
  • Source, interview and identify candidates for all internal positions
  • Utilize many sources including LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, referrals, UltraStaff Edge and more to find candidates
  • Coordinate branch interviews, gather feedback, coordinate VP and Founder interviews
  • Maintain excellent communication with candidates in process as well as internal team (BMs, VPs, Founders)
  • Complete reference check calls and other pre-employment due diligence
  • Conduct PeopleView and PI Assessments
  • Manage Social Media campaign for internal hiring (collaborate with Marketing Manager)
  • Back up for On-Boarding and Off-Boarding Process (Money Network, CBES and/or other)
  • Maintain excellent documentation within ATS
  • Complete other projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have high sense of urgency
  • Experience recruiting passive jobseekers
  • Familar with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder
  • Able to create an engaging, open and exciting candidate experience
  • Experience with executive level recruiting a plus
  • Excellent computer aptitude / able to learn new programs and tech savvy
