We have an immediate opportunity for a full time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate team at our headquarters in Collegeville, PA. In this role, you will be part of the team that hires for all of our internal positions.
- Source, screen and interview candidates for internal PeopleShare roles such as Sales, Recruiting, Accounting, Customer Service or Other
- Post ads, generate interest in joining the PeopleShare team
- Utilize social media to further our reach to potential candidates
- Attend job fairs
- Check references, criminal backgrounds and conduct skills testing
- Understand our on-boarding process
- Be part of our internship program
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to quickly fill open positions, set up interviews with our Hiring Managers, share detailed feedback on all potential candidates
- Make outbound calls to candidates daily
- Set up and conduct a minimum of 8 weekly interviews
Recruiting Experience — staffing industry or other
Excellent computer skills (Word and Outlook)
Ability to build rapport quickly
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Experience recruiting passive job seekers is a plus
