1.    ELIGIBILITY:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON WILL BE ACCEPTED.  Open only to legal residents of the states in which PeopleShare does business:  PA, NJ and DE who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees of PeopleShare (the “Host”), its subsidiaries, licensees, agencies, affiliates and members of the immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible.  This also applies to any sponsoring companies.  Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in trade promotions and should check with their employer for any relevant policies.  Void where prohibited by law or internal business or company policy.

2.    TO ENTER:  Contest begins May, 15, 2014.  Complete the application found on the following social media sites and include both resume and photo.

Only one entry per person please based on the social media platform of your choice. Any individual who submits more than one entry will be disqualified.  Entry form, both resume and photo must be submitted to be eligible.

3.    PRIZES:  The grand prize PeopleShare Career Makeover winner will receive:

One winner will be selected to receive a full professional/personal make over including resume review and rewrite, career and interview coaching, head to toe personal makeover including, hair, face, attire, shoes, and accessories!  Prize valued at more than $1,000!  If the winner cannot be reached within 72 hours of initial attempt, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.  Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

4.    GENERAL:  Taxes on prizes and all expenses not specified related to acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of winners.  By participating in the PeopleShare Career Makeover Contest, entrants agree (a) to these rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion; (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liability, losses or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, including liability for personal injury or death; and (c) if a winner, to the use of name and/or photograph or video for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use.  Winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release and an IRS Form W-9, which must be returned within the time period specified by Sponsor or an alternate winner may be selected.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of winner and selection of an alternate winner.  Sponsor, its officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and representatives and their respective employees are not responsible for (a) any electronic, hardware or software, program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, interruptions, disconnections, miscommunications, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including, without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, and (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the PeopleShare Career Makeover Contest to be disrupted or corrupted.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or act in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Contest or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest, in which case the prize will be awarded from among all eligible entries received.  No prize transfer.  No prize substitution except by Sponsor will be awarded.  Sponsor is not responsible or liable for late, lost, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered at the time of entry.  Potential winners will be required provide proper proof of identity.  In no event will Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to and use of the social media site in which you entered the PeopleShare Career Makeover Contest or other sites promoting the Contest or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said sites.  Without limiting the foregoing, everything on this site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.  Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Web site.  Entries become the property of the Sponsor.

5.    USE OF INFORMATION:  Information submitted by entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.  (May need to list the policy here)

6.    WINNER:  The winner will be unveiled on September 4 at ? event and information about the entry, application, entry, previous and final version of resume and “before/after” photo and videos will be used for promotional purposes based on rules listed in section four (4).
