A great time was had by all at a Wiffle ball tournament on Saturday, Sept. 24th, 2016, which was organized by Little Smiles Philadelphia to raise money and awareness for the charity. Thanks to everyone who came out from both PeopleShare and other organizations – we all helped to raise over $2,000!
What is Little Smiles? Little Smiles is a volunteer driven, non-profit 501(c)3 children’s charity. Their mission is to help help heal hearts and create little smiles by providing gifts and fun activities to children impacted by serious illness, homelessness or tragedy. With the guidance of local professionals such as doctors, nurses, child life specialists and social workers, they strive to help kids escape their unfortunate circumstances, even if only for a short period of time.
