Joseph joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Allentown, PA branch. Joseph has over 10 years of retail management experience. He helped one of the top-performing stores in the nation through coaching, teamwork, recruiting, employee development, and outstanding customer service.
Joseph is making an impact on the Allentown team as a highly competitive individual who is always motivated to get the best out of every teammate, candidate, and client.
Joe is the Branch Manager of our Allentown location. His 20+ successful years in the business service industry make him well-versed in leadership and business operations, with a strong focus on a customer-first mentality! Joe’s daily mission is to create positive outcomes for all by doing the right things for the right reasons every day. He has a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University and volunteers his time at Community Services for Children, Lehigh Valley.
Rudy is the Branch Manager for our Rock Hill location. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Rudy spent six years at Fortune 500 companies, driving wholesale business while building rapport with clients. During that time, he gained valuable experience in business consulting, sales, and marketing. There, he built excellent organizational and execution skills while remaining a strategic thinker in fast-paced environments.
Rudy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Winthrop University, with a concentration in management. His passion for serving others and his leadership skillset make him a great asset to the PeopleShare team.
Chris DeSanti joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Green Tree office. Prior to joining the team, Chris had four years of experience in recruitment, as well as five years in managerial roles. Chris received both his MBA and Bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University while being involved in many on-campus organizations such as Autism Speaks. Chris prides himself on always looking to grow professionally and personally. Due to this, he is always actively looking to find new and efficient ways to recruit, staff, and create strong relationships with candidates/clients alike.
Yahaira joins the Pottstown team as a Recruiter. She has a degree in System Office Administration and is pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resources. She has over 10 years of recruitment experience in different fields, such as production, warehouse, and retail. In her last role as a field Recruiter at ProLogistix, she was responsible for full-cycle recruitment, payroll, and client relationships. She is well-versed in providing top-notch customer care and loves to build relationships with client partners to ensure their business needs are met.
Haley joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter. She graduated on the Dean’s list at Robert Morris University, where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Haley has 2 years of previous experience as a Recruiter at Aerotek. During her time there, she was awarded “Rookie of the Year”, for her recruiting and leadership efforts. She’s inspired by helping others find jobs they’re passionate about. Her goal is to grow with PeopleShare and build lasting relationships within her network.
Erica joined PeopleShare as an RPO Contract Recruiter for the Cherry Hill team. In her contract role, she quickly showed she could be an asset and was offered a full-time Recruiter role with the team. Erica has over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Before finding her niche in recruiting, Erica worked as a Legal Manager for a law firm specializing in Real Estate Tax Appeals in PA and NJ. In this role, she learned how to build strong relationships through effective communication and attention to detail.
Erica looks forward to bringing her knowledge and skills to the PeopleShare team. She is a team player who is passionate about helping others to grow and succeed in their careers.
Rodney joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Concord, NC. He earned his degree in Business Management from Clemson University and has over 6 years of experience in sales.
Before joining PeopleShare, Rodney spent over 5 years with Sherwin Williams, where he served as Branch Manager and an Outside Sales Representative. He was recognized as the sales representative of the year by the district and learned of his passion for sales. Rodney prides himself on being customer-focused and building long-term relationships with clients and team members.
Stefani brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her role as a National Strategic Executive representing the MSP team at PeopleShare. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee and 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, she has consistently demonstrated her capabilities and passion for innovation.

Karla joined PeopleShare as a Program Administrator for the Strategic Solutions Department. Karla has over 15 years of staffing experience in the managed service provider field. She has won 2 team awards in her previous role.

JoElle joins PeopleShare as a recruiter at the Baltimore branch. Prior to joining PeopleShare, JoElle was a retail store manager for over 10 years. Gavin is a dedicated professional who joined PeopleShare as an apprentice recruiter at their Lancaster, PA branch. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and human services from Elizabethtown College, where he actively engaged in sociological research on both micro and macro levels.
During his academic journey, Gavin excelled as a top salesperson for a telecommunications company, showcasing his exceptional sales acumen. Beyond his professional endeavors, he contributes to the community by volunteering as a firefighter and supporting food banks in his free time.

William joined the PeopleShare team as a recruiter with the Elmhurst branch in 2023. He jumpstarted his career in operations management for one of the largest restaurant chains in the U.S. This position allowed him to develop over 12 years of experience in recruiting by managing the recruitment and training process in multiple locations. Ultimately pursuing a career in the staffing industry, where he now continues to hone and develop his skills with PeopleShare.
Claire is self-motivated and goal-oriented, the perfect combination for a successful recruiter. Claire first joined DecisionPathHR, which was acquired by PeopleShare as a recent graduate with customer service experience and an interest in human resources along with a passion for helping others.
Sourcing, interviewing, and making placements with clients is just one aspect of recruiting that Claire enjoys. Claire was recently promoted to Recruiter in the PeopleShare Statesville branch.

Brandy joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager for the South Charlotte team. She graduated with honors from Clemson University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Brandy is not new to increasing revenues and gross margins, she has over 6 years of business development experience, 2 of those years being in the staffing industry.

Michael joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Reading Branch. Michael is a graduate of Alvernia University with a Bachelor of Healthcare Science and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Prior to joining PeopleShare, Michael was part of the Penske Vehicle Remarketing Team for the past 2 years. Michelle joins the Pottstown team as a Recruiter. She has an associate degree in Environmental Studies from Reading Area Community College.
Michelle has over 10 years of retail management experience. As a Store Manager, she was responsible for developing and coaching team members, recruiting, onboarding, and training. She also wrote retail onboarding and staffing protocols. She is skilled in providing above and beyond-customer care and client relations and is motivated to exceed goals.
Caitlin Swertfager is the newest recruiter to the Concord branch of PeopleShare. She has 10 years of retail management experience and 20+ years of working in customer service. Caitlin is passionate about the work she does and has enjoyed the transition out of the world of retail and into the recruitment industry.
Arturo joined the PeopleShare team as a recruiter with the Elmhurst branch. He is a graduate of St. Augustine College and has over 13 years of Customer Service experience, along with 4 years of high-volume recruiting for various industries. Arturo brings a can-do mentality and is passionate about helping others succeed in any capacity.

Vinny joined PeopleShare coming on board as our Branch Staffing Manager after a decade with the top Rental Car Company. He graduated from York College of PA, finishing his senior year and making the Dean’s List. Vinny has multiple years and experience with interviewing and identifying top-quality candidates to produce consistent results month after month.
For fun, Vinny helps his local community and volunteers to coach his local kids’ football league and wrestling club team as well. With great qualities and experience, Vinny will be a huge asset in growing and expanding our South Charlotte Office. J.D. serves as a Branch Manager in Suffolk and Chesapeake branches. He started his career at PeopleShare as a Recruiter. He graduated from Radford University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management.

Amy joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Statesville, NC. Amy brings to PeopleShare 10 years of experience in the staffing industry. She was the recipient of the Circle of Stars award for outstanding achievements in the Hickory /Statesville Market three times in 8 years.
Before learning she had a passion for staffing, she was the Senior Vice President of the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce for 8 years. Amy has strong ties to her community and was one of the founding members of CV-SHRM, The Manufacturing Academy at CVCC, and the H.O.P.E. Center at the Hickory Soup Kitchen.

Tyler joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Frederick, MD branch. He graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management. Maria joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Burbank team in 2023. She graduated from Morton College in Cicero, IL with an Associate degree in business management in 2002.
Prior to PeopleShare, Maria worked as an Account Supervisor for a hospitality staffing agency in the downtown Chicago area. Maria also has over 15 years of experience working in the payday loan industry as a Branch Manager.

Abigail joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter at the Burbank, IL office. She is a Posse and Cornell University alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish. Kelly joined the PeopleShare team as a Recruiter in early 2023. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from Augustana College. Jon joined PeopleShare as the Branch Manager of the Downtown Pittsburgh Branch. Jerry joined PeopleShare as Branch Manager of Lancaster. Jerry is a graduate of Villanova University and attended Widener University Law School. Prior to joining PeopleShare, he spent over 16 years in the Business Products Industry focusing on Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania markets.
Jerry has been in a leadership role for 15 years and prides himself on leadership and customer service. Jerry was named to the “Top 30 under 30” in the office supply business by The Proficiency Post. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys spending time with his two daughters.
Taylor recently joined PeopleShare as a Recruiting Coordinator for the West Chester branch. She is a 2022 East Carolina University Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She also played two years on the ECU Women’s Soccer team.
Taylor has 3 years of customer service and merchandising experience with one of the largest beauty retailers in the US. Brittany joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Reading Branch. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Brittany was a Corporate Trainer at Arcadia Recovery Bureau and she worked in the retail industry.

Lauren joined PeopleShare’s Newport News branch as our first new Recruiter for 2023. She brings with her over 5 years of Customer Service experience and 5 years as a Preschool Teacher. Her attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to build rapport with her customers will help her provide premium service to her clients and candidates.
Raised in Newport News VA, Lauren is dedicated to the growth of her community and those within it. She volunteered for over 8 years as a community group leader at Waters Edge Church and has participated in many “Clean the Beach” projects in Hampton Roads. Lauren looks forward to bringing her knowledge and skill set to the PeopleShare team to support the Peninsula area.
Deanna joined PeopleShare as a recruiter for the Special Acquisition Recruiters Team (STAR) in January 2023. Deanna has 14+ years of experience in the customer service and administration industry with over 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare and 1+ years of experience in recruiting.

Jordan joined the Star Team in January 2023, bringing with him a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and development. Bianca is a high-energy and results-driven professional with over 6 years of customer service experience in a managerial capacity. Robin joined PeopleShare in 2022 as a Contract Recruiter for Licensed Agents and has since been promoted to the team. Robin possesses a strong background in customer service and business administration with over thirteen years of experience.

Makayla joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Glen Allen branch in 2022. Before PeopleShare, Makayla spent over six years delivering award-winning customer service and leading multiple sales teams in the telecommunication industry. Kristin joined the PeopleShare team as a contract recruiter with the Licensed Agent Program in 2022 and has since joined the STAR Team as a recruiter.

Josh joined the STAR team in 2022. After graduating from the University of Mary Washington in 2016, he pursued his passion for fitness and became a certified personal trainer.
Josh’s 6+ years in the fitness industry saw him rise to the role of Corporate Fitness Director, which allowed him to refine his passion for helping others, and his ability to build expert rapport in client relations.
Vic joined PeopleShare in October of 2022 as a Staffing Manager. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience with a strong focus on Customer Service and Sales.

Ashleigh joined the LAP team in April of 2022. Prior to joining PeopleShare, she studied at San Jacinto College in Houston, TX in Business Management, meanwhile working as a Family & Estate Planning legal assistant for 8 years. Her experience in helping others ultimately led her to the staffing industry in 2019 where she was a staffing consultant and pipeline coordinator for a family-owned and operated company before having her 3rd daughter. Michael joined the PeopleShare LAP recruitment team in May of 2022. He brings with him 20 years of experience in leadership, team development, and customer service, making him a respected member of the team. Madeleine joined the PeopleShare team in April of 2022 as a contract recruiter. She was brought on as a full-time recruiter in October to the LAP team. She is eager to grow with the PeopleShare family and continue to learn what makes a great recruiter.
Madeleine graduated from the University of Kansas in May 2020 with her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has many years of experience in customer service from her years of hosting at different restaurants in the city of Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her cat Socks. She hopes to one day become a staffing manager or work in HR.
Ray joined PeopleShare as a LAP recruiter and quickly realized that he had found a home with PeopleShare. After he finished with a bachelor’s in marketing, he started his recruiting career in 2020 at his local Chick-Fil-A, this is where he found out that he had a deep passion for helping those looking for work to find a job they can be passionate and proud of.

Doug Kawka joined the PeopleShare Philadelphia team as Branch Manager in 2022. He has over 15 years of work experience in business development.

Mary’s 8-year range of expertise ranges from the receptionist to her current role as Payroll Supervisor. Working hard with determination, Mary is detail oriented, focused, and a valuable asset to the team.
With over 20 years of staffing experience, Nino Gonzalez’s range of expertise in providing exceptional service to clients and candidates is second to none. His career ranges from Recruiter to On-Site Manager to Branch Manager and onto his current role as Direct Hire Consultant. Nino focuses on engaging with clients and candidates to make the perfect match both at the skill level and culturally. Nino continues to build and develop relationships that ultimately provide unmatched service.
With over 20 years of staffing experience in roles including Onsite Manager and Branch Manager, Marsha has gained a unique perspective that she uses to prepare thorough, meaningful training. Zach joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Norfolk branch in 2022. He graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Media Arts and Design as well as Human Resource Development.
Zach has over seven years of customer service experience with the last four years working in retail management. He has helped underperforming departments turn their numbers around through employee development, coaching, improving retention, increasing sales, and ultimately growing multiple departments’ contributions significantly.
Brice joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Suffolk, Virginia. Brice attended both Menchville High School and New River Community College.
Before his passion in Staffing, he worked with Comcast Business as an Enterprise Account Executive partnering with businesses to help future proof their networks. Selena joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the STAR Team in 2022. She has an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Camden County College. Selena has 8 years in customer service and 5 years in sales management. Along with her background in customer service and management, Selena has a passion for people and achieving results.
Nikki Joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Hagerstown Branch. She graduated from the University of Phoenix, earning a Human Services degree.
Before starting her career with PeopleShare, Nikki worked as a Program Manager at The Mental Health Association. This position allowed her to engage with the community and work with people from different backgrounds to ensure meeting her client’s needs. The relationship-building and networking skills she developed in this role and her innate desire to help others form the perfect foundation for success in her role as a Recruiter for our Hagerstown branch. She has earned recognition for the programs she created for local youth, which still positively impact our community today.

Starting as a Recruiter with DecisionPathHR and being quickly promoted to Recruiting Supervisor allowed Carmen to utilize her years of staffing, management, and leadership experience. After DPHR was acquired by PeopleShare, Carmen keeps building relationships with PeopleShare clients and associates, and making that perfect career match is what Carmen believes being a successful recruiter is all about and what she finds to be most rewarding.
Starting as a Sourcer and quickly being promoted to a Junior Recruiter allowed Abigail to not only continue sourcing and interviewing but build meaningful relationships with clients. She is a big believer in touring facilities and getting to know the environment and work culture to make placements based not solely on skill, but also on company values. She approaches each day open to learning something new along with a positive, can-do attitude (with a smile).
Brittany is an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a demonstrated work history primarily in the health care industry before. Skilled in both Corporate and Non-Profit Recruitment, Brittany is skilled in team building, public speaking, positive employee relations, and interview preparation.
Carlos has 10 years of recruiting experience within the Clerical Professional, Medical, and Light Industrial industries. Being bilingual and keeping a “never give up” attitude, Carlos develops meaningful connections with associates and clients. Carlos uses his skills in team building to encourage connections between clients and associates to ensure both can find success in every opportunity.
As a Recruiter for PeopleShare, Kalan’s goal of helping others be their best selves is what she does best. Building relationships with clients and truly understanding their needs through shadowing or site tours allows her to find that perfect candidate match. Interviewing face-to-face and asking open-ended questions of her applicants allows her to qualify and place them in a satisfying job.
Mike joined PeopleShare in October 2022 as a Recruiter in the Cherry Hill office. He graduated from Neumann University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Homeland Security.

Alyssa joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Newark Branch. She comes from over 11 years of varied retail experience. Before PeopleShare, Alyssa held a Store Manager title for 5 years, working up from part-time supervisor positions. Her passion for hiring and developing people throughout her career helped her grow her experience in recruiting. She is passionate about connecting with people and providing strong relationships with everyone she meets and always puts forth a strong work ethic.
As a store manager within her previous company, Alyssa assisted and trained her peers in recruiting techniques across her district and region. Her strengths in adaptability, belief in finding top talent and passion for people make her a great addition to the team.
Jon joined PeopleShare in 2022 as a contract Recruiter for our licensed agent program. After a few short months, he was promoted to a full-lifecycle recruiter on the RPO Team.

Jennifer joined PeopleShare as the Staff Manager for the Bolingbrook Branch in August 2022. She is currently enrolled at Rasmussen University for her degree in Human Resources. Jennifer was first introduced to staffing in 2008, over the past 14 years, she has obtained roles such as Coordinator, On-site Manager, Service Coordinator, and Branch Manager.
Jennifer finds staffing to be rewarding when building relationships with candidates and clients. Jennifer has developed strong teamwork skills; she brings a positive and motivating attitude. Taylor Cooper joined the Pottstown team as a Recruiter. Taylor graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, where he gained great communication skills.
He has over 15 years of leadership/supervisory experience. In all roles, he focused on scheduling, recruitment, employee recognition, coaching, and performance management.
