Drew joined PeopleShare as the Branch Manager for the Baltimore market. He attended Salisbury University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Drew has eleven years of experience in management, business-to-business sales, and client success.
Prior to joining PeopleShare, Drew worked his way from Intern to Account Manager with North America’s number one ground transportation company. He has a passion for leading teams to success in the areas of customer service, sales, and operations. His ability to develop and foster relationships is at the core of his success. It was evident when Drew earned the Exceptional Achievement Award in 2021 by overservicing his clients and assisting them in achieving their strategic goals.
When outside of the office you can find Drew around Baltimore with his son and wife. He enjoys jogging around the inner harbor, tending his plot at the Locust Point Community Garden, and attending sporting events.
Vic joined PeopleShare in October of 2022 as a Staffing Manager. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience with a strong focus on Customer Service and Sales.
Vic grew up in New York City and now resides in South Jersey. With a passion for helping people, he loves the impact he gets to have every day by matching the right candidate to the right client.
Alex joined the PeopleShare STAR Team as a Recruiter in 2022. She has 9 years of customer service knowledge with over 5 years of Retail Management experience where she was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training her team.

Allie joined the PeopleShare family in 2022 as a Recruiter for Licensed Agents Programs (LAP). Allie has over 12 years of experience in various management and customer service roles. She also has been a military wife for the past 7 years. Allie’s determination, love for helping others, and charisma make her a strong asset to the LAP team!
Jordan joined the LAP team in 2022, bringing with him a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and development. Ashleigh joined the LAP team in April of 2022. Prior to joining PeopleShare, she studied at San Jacinto College in Houston, TX in Business Management, meanwhile working as a Family & Estate Planning legal assistant for 8 years. Her experience in helping others ultimately led her to the staffing industry in 2019 where she was a staffing consultant and pipeline coordinator for a family-owned and operated company before having her 3rd daughter. Angela joined PeopleShare as a Contract Recruiter in March of 2022 and has since become a permanent member of the LAP team. She has 15+ years of experience in Customer Service and Human Resources. The knowledge and skills she obtained through her previous experiences have made her a valuable addition to the team. Deborah joined PeopleShare on the LAP team in 2022 as a recruiter. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and office assistant for medical and legal services which has helped her to obtain the many skills she possesses today.

Marissa started with PeopleShare in May of 2022 as a LAP recruiter. She is an undergraduate student studying Social Sciences. Marissa has many years of experience in customer service, sales, recruitment, and leadership that she brings with her to PeopleShare.
She is driven to recruit by her passion for helping others. When the workday is done, Marissa enjoys spending time with her family which consists of three beautiful children, a fiancé, and a puppy.
Michael joined the PeopleShare LAP recruitment team in May of 2022. He brings with him 20 years of experience in leadership, team development, and customer service, making him a respected member of the team. His goal is to provide superior service for all his candidates while building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, Michael is a foodie at heart. Monica joined the PeopleShare team in April 2022 as a contract recruiter. She has been promoted to the LAP Team as a full-time recruiter and team captain. She is very excited to be able to join the PeopleShare team to further her experience, learn more, and further her career in recruitment.
Prior to joining PeopleShare, Monica worked as a Managing Cosmetologist since 2008 in 2016 she left the hair industry and came to the staffing industry with full cycle recruitment and has found a new passion in life. She loves working closely with customers and clients. She has great customer service skills.
Outside of work Monica loves to spend time with her husband traveling and making memories.
Krista joined the LAP Recruitment Team in April of 2022. She has since implemented her leadership abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills in her current role as a Recruiter for PeopleShare.
Prior to PeopleShare, Krista earned an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting/Phlebotomy and worked in the field for 5 years. She then turned her focus to the administrative/management side of the healthcare system for another 5 years.
In 2014, she committed her services to the Clinical Software Industry as a Senior Software Test Analyst and continued there for 7 years.
Krista has a passion for helping others and is a dedicated team player which will help her thrive on the LAP team!
Fernanne is a first-generation graduate. She received her psychology degree from Florida State University. She joined the PeopleShare licensing team in April 2022. She has worked primarily in the healthcare industry in various roles and now uses her extensive customer care experience to provide dynamic personal support to candidates of PeopleShare.
In her spare time, she volunteers with the local homeless shelter, acts as a cultural ambassador for international students, and spends time with her pets. She believes making a positive change can impact the quality of life and is excited to be facilitating that for PeopleShare clients.
Richae’ joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Licensed Agents Program in 2022. She brings with her a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, and 9 years of retail/hospitality management experience. Richae exhibits leadership qualities and effective communication skills by assisting candidates with finding their niche. Along with her experience in customer service and deep knowledgebase of demographics, Richae’ bears a benevolent attitude, whilst simultaneously resolving escalated situations. Madeleine joined the PeopleShare team in April of 2022 as a contract recruiter. She was brought on as a full-time recruiter in October to the LAP team. She is eager to grow with the PeopleShare family and continue to learn what makes a great recruiter.
Madeleine graduated from the University of Kansas in May 2020 with her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has many years of experience in customer service from her years of hosting at different restaurants in the city of Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her cat Socks. She hopes to one day become a staffing manager or work in HR.
Ray joined PeopleShare as a LAP recruiter and quickly realized that he had found a home with PeopleShare. After he finished with a bachelor’s in marketing, he started his recruiting career in 2020 at his local Chick-Fil-A, this is where he found out that he had a deep passion for helping those looking for work to find a job they can be passionate and proud of.

Bobby joined PeopleShare after 2 years of retail management in a high-volume e-commerce leadership role. While in this role, he led a team of 40-50 to set all-time highs for online sales 2 years in a row. Bobby then moved on from this role to Human Capital Management in the form of project management in the payroll world. He brings leadership and large-scale project management, from entire remodeling stores to implementing payroll software for companies in the Northeast.
Doug Kawka joined the PeopleShare Philadelphia team as Branch Manager in 2022. He has over 15 years of work experience in business development.
Prior to joining PeopleShare, Doug managed sales teams for the past 15 years, ranging from a Start-Up to a Business Supply company. He takes pride in leading and developing teams, achieving business goals, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Mary’s 8-year range of expertise ranges from the receptionist to her current role as Payroll Supervisor. Working hard with determination, Mary is detail oriented, focused, and a valuable asset to the team.
With over 20 years of staffing experience, Nino Gonzalez’s range of expertise in providing exceptional service to clients and candidates is second to none. His career ranges from Recruiter to On-Site Manager to Branch Manager and onto his current role as Direct Hire Consultant. Nino focuses on engaging with clients and candidates to make the perfect match both at the skill level and culturally. Zach has over seven years of customer service experience with the last four years working in retail management. He has helped underperforming departments turn their numbers around through employee development, coaching, improving retention, increasing sales, and ultimately growing multiple departments’ contributions significantly.
Devecia joined PeopleShare as a Staffing Manager at the Norfolk Office. She is a North Carolina native who received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2013.
Before PeopleShare, Devecia was in a Managerial role for 4 years before transitioning to Business Sales Executive with some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies. She is an award-winning manager and a top performer in sales. With her background in Psychology and experience as a Manager, she is excited to match the right candidates with clients.
Brice joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Suffolk, Virginia. Brice attended both Menchville High School and New River Community College.
Before his passion in Staffing, he worked with Comcast Business as an Enterprise Account Executive partnering with businesses to help future proof their networks. Brice spent several years at Paychex providing local businesses with Human Capital Management services as both the Sales Manager and Major Market consultant. While there he won several Conference Achievement Awards for performance.

Katie joined the PeopleShare team in 2022 as a Recruiter for the star team. She has 5+ years of experience in customer service and 1 year of recruiting experience. Katie brings a positive, enthusiastic, people-first mindset to the team. She is passionate about connecting the right people to the right companies.
Selena joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the STAR Team in 2022. She has an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Camden County College. Selena has 8 years in customer service and 5 years in sales management. Along with her background in customer service and management, Selena has a passion for people and achieving results.
Nikki Joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Hagerstown Branch. She graduated from the University of Phoenix, earning a Human Services degree.
Before starting her career with PeopleShare, Nikki worked as a Program Manager at The Mental Health Association. This position allowed her to engage with the community and work with people from different backgrounds to ensure meeting her client’s needs. The relationship-building and networking skills she developed in this role and her innate desire to help others form the perfect foundation for success in her role as a Recruiter for our Hagerstown branch. Stephanie joined PeopleShare as the Branch Manager for the Northbrook office. She graduated from the University of Arizona, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Resources.
Before making this exciting career change, Stephanie worked as an Account Manager (16+ years) for one of the largest technology manufacturers that offers workplace solutions and digital transformation services designed to help manage and optimize information flow across businesses. This allowed her to develop strong people skills, sales skills, and account management experience. She won multiple trips due to her success.

As a Sourcer, Isaac is dependable, honest, and dedicated. Studying at Winthrop University, Isaac graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in Human Resource Management. Isaac is currently a Master of Arts candidate for New Media Journalism at Full Sail University.
Miranda is an experienced recruitment specialist who is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University. With a relentless desire to learn and lead, Miranda is an active member of WGU’s Society of Human Resource Management and the National Society of Leadership and Success student chapters. When not at work, you can catch her at the nearest campground enjoying a s’more with friends and family.
Zakyrah joined DecisionPathHR which was soon acquired by PeoplePhare in 2022 bringing her 3+ years of staffing experience and customer service. Results and relationship-driven, Zakyrah understands the importance of one-on-one contact with associates and clients to make that perfect match.
Starting as a Recruiter with DecisionPathHR and being quickly promoted to Recruiting Supervisor allowed Carmen to utilize her years of staffing, management, and leadership experience. Brandi joined PeopleShare as a Senior Recruiter at the Chesapeake Branch in 2022. She has years of experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments.

Brittany joined PeopleShare as a Staffing Manager for the Glen Allen Branch. She brings 17 years of customer service, management, and business development experience to the team.
