Joseph joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Allentown, PA branch. Joseph has over 10 years of retail management experience. He helped one of the top-performing stores in the nation through coaching, teamwork, recruiting, employee development, and outstanding customer service.

Joseph is making an impact on the Allentown team as a highly competitive individual who is always motivated to get the best out of every teammate, candidate, and client.

Joe is the Branch Manager of our Allentown location. His 20+ successful years in the business service industry make him well-versed in leadership and business operations, with a strong focus on a customer-first mentality! Joe’s daily mission is to create positive outcomes for all by doing the right things for the right reasons every day. He has a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University and volunteers his time at Community Services for Children, Lehigh Valley.

Rudy is the Branch Manager for our Rock Hill location. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Rudy spent six years at Fortune 500 companies, driving wholesale business while building rapport with clients. During that time, he gained valuable experience in business consulting, sales, and marketing. There, he built excellent organizational and execution skills while remaining a strategic thinker in fast-paced environments.

Rudy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Winthrop University, with a concentration in management. His passion for serving others and his leadership skillset make him a great asset to the PeopleShare team. 

Chris DeSanti joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Green Tree office. Prior to joining the team, Chris had four years of experience in recruitment, as well as five years in managerial roles. Chris received both his MBA and Bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University while being involved in many on-campus organizations such as Autism Speaks. Chris prides himself on always looking to grow professionally and personally. Due to this, he is always actively looking to find new and efficient ways to recruit, staff, and create strong relationships with candidates/clients alike.

Yahaira joins the Pottstown team as a Recruiter. She has a degree in System Office Administration and is pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resources. She has over 10 years of recruitment experience in different fields, such as production, warehouse, and retail.  In her last role as a field Recruiter at ProLogistix, she was responsible for full-cycle recruitment, payroll, and client relationships. She is well-versed in providing top-notch customer care and loves to build relationships with client partners to ensure their business needs are met.

Haley joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter. She graduated on the Dean’s list at Robert Morris University, where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Haley has 2 years of previous experience as a Recruiter at Aerotek. During her time there, she was awarded “Rookie of the Year”, for her recruiting and leadership efforts. She’s inspired by helping others find jobs they’re passionate about. Her goal is to grow with PeopleShare and build lasting relationships within her network.

Erica joined PeopleShare as an RPO Contract Recruiter for the Cherry Hill team. In her contract role, she quickly showed she could be an asset and was offered a full-time Recruiter role with the team. Erica has over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Before finding her niche in recruiting, Erica worked as a Legal Manager for a law firm specializing in Real Estate Tax Appeals in PA and NJ. In this role, she learned how to build strong relationships through effective communication and attention to detail.

Erica looks forward to bringing her knowledge and skills to the PeopleShare team. She is a team player who is passionate about helping others to grow and succeed in their careers.

Rodney joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Concord, NC. He earned his degree in Business Management from Clemson University and has over 6 years of experience in sales.

Before joining PeopleShare, Rodney spent over 5 years with Sherwin Williams, where he served as Branch Manager and an Outside Sales Representative. He was recognized as the sales representative of the year by the district and learned of his passion for sales. Rodney prides himself on being customer-focused and building long-term relationships with clients and team members.

Stefani brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her role as a National Strategic Executive representing the MSP team at PeopleShare. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee and 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, she has consistently demonstrated her capabilities and passion for innovation.

Throughout her career, Stefani has excelled in creating and leading new teams and solutions, showcasing her ability to bridge gaps and implement novel approaches. Her dedication to finding unique and effective solutions has earned her recognition as a top performer in various leadership roles.

One of Stefani’s greatest strengths lies in her extensive industry knowledge of sales, which, when combined with her hard work and foresight, makes her a valuable asset to the PeopleShare team. Her track record of success and her enthusiasm for driving positive change make her an invaluable addition to the company.

Karla joined PeopleShare as a Program Administrator for the Strategic Solutions Department. Karla has over 15 years of staffing experience in the managed service provider field. She has won 2 team awards in her previous role.

Karla has worked with companies in various industries as well as being an advocate for candidates and coordinating onboardings and offers. Karla knows the ins and outs of job creation, working with vendors, and helping managers solve their staffing needs.

Karla is passionate about helping candidates find roles and knowing she is helping candidates with their livelihood. Karla is excited to hit the ground running with PeopleShare.

JoElle joins PeopleShare as a recruiter at the Baltimore branch. Prior to joining PeopleShare, JoElle was a retail store manager for over 10 years. During her retail tenure, JoElle supported her district and region in recruiting and developing new leaders. She has a passion for building strong teams and driving results.

Outside of the office, you can find JoElle hanging with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys baking and watching hockey.

Gavin is a dedicated professional who joined PeopleShare as an apprentice recruiter at their Lancaster, PA branch. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and human services from Elizabethtown College, where he actively engaged in sociological research on both micro and macro levels.

During his academic journey, Gavin excelled as a top salesperson for a telecommunications company, showcasing his exceptional sales acumen. Beyond his professional endeavors, he contributes to the community by volunteering as a firefighter and supporting food banks in his free time.

Gavin’s diverse background in community service, sales, and hospitality aligns seamlessly with his core values of integrity, ethics, and accountability. These valuable traits position him as a promising asset in shaping the future success of PeopleShare.

William joined the PeopleShare team as a recruiter with the Elmhurst branch in 2023. He jumpstarted his career in operations management for one of the largest restaurant chains in the U.S. This position allowed him to develop over 12 years of experience in recruiting by managing the recruitment and training process in multiple locations. Ultimately pursuing a career in the staffing industry, where he now continues to hone and develop his skills with PeopleShare.

Claire is self-motivated and goal-oriented, the perfect combination for a successful recruiter. Claire first joined DecisionPathHR, which was acquired by PeopleShare as a recent graduate with customer service experience and an interest in human resources along with a passion for helping others.

Sourcing, interviewing, and making placements with clients is just one aspect of recruiting that Claire enjoys. Claire was recently promoted to Recruiter in the PeopleShare Statesville branch. 

JoElle joins PeopleShare as a recruiter at the Baltimore branch. Prior to joining PeopleShare, JoElle was a retail store manager for over 10 years. During her retail tenure, JoElle supported her district and region in recruiting and developing new leaders. She has a passion for building strong teams and driving results.

Brandy joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager for the South Charlotte team. She graduated with honors from Clemson University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Brandy is not new to increasing revenues and gross margins, she has over 6 years of business development experience, 2 of those years being in the staffing industry.

Brandy is a true sales professional. She has been recognized in her past roles for exceeding quotas and increasing market share. Brandy has a passion for helping others succeed and is excited to step into leadership, where she plans to be a strong asset to the PeopleShare team.

Michael joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Reading Branch. Michael is a graduate of Alvernia University with a Bachelor of Healthcare Science and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Prior to joining PeopleShare, Michael was part of the Penske Vehicle Remarketing Team for the past 2 years. Michael offers strong customer service, leadership, and marketing skills, which will enhance our growing team. Michael desires to help people and will use his skills to build strong relationships with our candidates and clients.

Michelle joins the Pottstown team as a Recruiter. She has an associate degree in Environmental Studies from Reading Area Community College.

Michelle has over 10 years of retail management experience. As a Store Manager, she was responsible for developing and coaching team members, recruiting, onboarding, and training. She also wrote retail onboarding and staffing protocols. She is skilled in providing above and beyond-customer care and client relations and is motivated to exceed goals.

Caitlin Swertfager is the newest recruiter to the Concord branch of PeopleShare. She has 10 years of retail management experience and 20+ years of working in customer service. Caitlin is passionate about the work she does and has enjoyed the transition out of the world of retail and into the recruitment industry.

Arturo joined the PeopleShare team as a recruiter with the Elmhurst branch. He is a graduate of St. Augustine College and has over 13 years of Customer Service experience, along with 4 years of high-volume recruiting for various industries. Arturo brings a can-do mentality and is passionate about helping others succeed in any capacity.

Anthony joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Princeton branch. He received his Associate’s Degree from Brookdale Community College before quickly entering the workforce, where he discovered his passion for assisting others in the health and fitness industry.

Anthony spent seven years building customer service and sales experience and deeply values the connections he makes with his clients. His drive and work ethic continuously push him to better himself and become an asset to his organization and clients alike. Ichaa joined PeopleShare as a bilingual recruiter for the LAP team. Her impressive background in communications has enabled her to effectively connect with a wide range of skilled candidates, guaranteeing the recruitment of top-notch employees.

Ichaa has a strong belief that hard work leads to good luck. She is an optimistic individual who takes pleasure in helping and motivating others to pursue a fulfilling life by doing what they love.

Vinny joined PeopleShare coming on board as our Branch Staffing Manager after a decade with the top Rental Car Company. He graduated from York College of PA, finishing his senior year and making the Dean’s List. Vinny has multiple years and experience with interviewing and identifying top-quality candidates to produce consistent results month after month.

For fun, Vinny helps his local community and volunteers to coach his local kids’ football league and wrestling club team as well. With great qualities and experience, Vinny will be a huge asset in growing and expanding our South Charlotte Office. Vinny is motivated to hit the ground running, start a new career, and continue to grow with PeopleShare.

J.D. serves as a Branch Manager in Suffolk and Chesapeake branches. He started his career at PeopleShare as a Recruiter. He graduated from Radford University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management.

Before PeopleShare, J.D. was a constant top performer in the transportation industry, where he worked his way up to Flagship Branch Manager. J.D. brings multiple years of experience involving the full cycle of the hiring process.

Brianna is joining the PeopleShare team in our Charlotte office! She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mount Olive, where she finished strong with honors. Brianna has many years of professional experience and is excited about her career change to recruiting.

With experience in inside sales, Brianna brings a unique perspective to the recruiting industry. She understands the importance of building relationships and being a customer-oriented individual. She has years of experience collaborating with others and bringing in innovative ideas.

Brianna’s knowledge of sales and customer service will make her an awesome addition to the PeopleShare organization. Brianna is elated to be joining the team and creating an amazing career.

Fatima joined the PeopleShare Burbank team as an Onsite Recruiter. She has worked in the staffing industry for 3 years and has 10 years of customer service experience.

She enjoys helping the associates and building a connection with the client. Fatima looks forward to continuing learning and growing in the staffing industry with PeopleShare.

Ryan came to PeopleShare as a Branch Manager for our Elmhurst location. He is an alumni of the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Communication.

Before coming to PeopleShare, Ryan spent 10 years with a Fortune 200 company holding a number of roles in Sales, including leading an award-winning Sales Team for the last four. Ryan has a passion for helping his customers achieve their goals and leading his teams to continued success.

Amy joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Statesville, NC.  Amy brings to PeopleShare 10 years of experience in the staffing industry.  She was the recipient of the Circle of Stars award for outstanding achievements in the Hickory /Statesville Market three times in 8 years. 

Before learning she had a passion for staffing, she was the Senior Vice President of the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce for 8 years.  Amy has strong ties to her community and was one of the founding members of CV-SHRM, The Manufacturing Academy at CVCC, and the H.O.P.E. Center at the Hickory Soup Kitchen.

Amy’s industry knowledge, passion for growing business while helping people, and work ethic make her a strong asset to the PeopleShare team. 

Tyler joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Frederick, MD branch. He graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management. Tyler has 4 plus years of experience in telecommunication sales, where he sold solutions to businesses and consistently achieved over quota. His work ethic, in combination with his humility and positive energy, brings a strong addition to the PeopleShare team.

Maria joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Burbank team in 2023. She graduated from Morton College in Cicero, IL with an Associate degree in business management in 2002.

Prior to PeopleShare, Maria worked as an Account Supervisor for a hospitality staffing agency in the downtown Chicago area. Maria also has over 15 years of experience working in the payday loan industry as a Branch Manager.

Maria is a dedicated bilingual professional with a passion for helping others. She considers herself to be Reliable and a team player.

Abigail joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter at the Burbank, IL office. She is a Posse and Cornell University alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish. While attending Cornell University, Abigail gained experience in the higher education, community development, hospitality, and human resources sector through various work opportunities.

Abigail’s interests include Spanish literature, workers’ and women’s rights, and mental health initiatives. During her free time, Abigail enjoys spending time with her younger sister, doing arts and crafts according to the season or holiday, and spending time with her dogs.

Gina joined PeopleShare’s team as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in February of 2023. She earned her Master of Business Administration from La Salle University in 2021. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Gina comes from a healthcare background with over 10 years of multi-level experience. She is a collaborative communicator committed to working with a diverse and inclusive team adept at forging strong working relationships. Since earning her MBA, she has focused her career on relationship management and Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of matching talented professionals to successful careers.

Kelly joined the PeopleShare team as a Recruiter in early 2023. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from Augustana College. With a background in hospitality and customer service, Kelly has continued her love of learning from and interacting with people through her new position at PeopleShare. Kelly has a “never settle” attitude, always pushing herself to succeed even more. Her experiences of living and working in the Chicago suburbs, Denver, and Orlando have taught her that all people are unique, causing her to always keep a fresh perspective on people and their unique traits.

Jon joined PeopleShare as the Branch Manager of the Downtown Pittsburgh Branch. Jon has over 10 years of Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service experience and has consistently been recognized as a Top Performer. Jon also has multiple years of Leadership and Training experience. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies from Penn State University, and his MBA from Waynesburg University.

Jon has a successful track record of building long-term customer relationships through a relentless dedication to customer service and coming up with creative, custom solutions to each client’s needs. He is persistent and passionate about solving problems for his clients, and exceptionally dedicated to training, developing, and empowering his team.

Jerry joined PeopleShare as Branch Manager of Lancaster. Jerry is a graduate of Villanova University and attended Widener University Law School. Prior to joining PeopleShare, he spent over 16 years in the Business Products Industry focusing on Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania markets.

Jerry has been in a leadership role for 15 years and prides himself on leadership and customer service. Jerry was named to the “Top 30 under 30” in the office supply business by The Proficiency Post.  In his spare time, Jerry enjoys spending time with his two daughters.

Taylor recently joined PeopleShare as a Recruiting Coordinator for the West Chester branch.  She is a 2022 East Carolina University Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  She also played two years on the ECU Women’s Soccer team.

Taylor has 3 years of customer service and merchandising experience with one of the largest beauty retailers in the US.  Working there helped her develop great interpersonal, communication, and listening skills. She is a dedicated and dependable self-starter who is always eager to learn. She is also a positive and uplifting team member that easily connects with others. 

Brittany joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Reading Branch. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Brittany was a Corporate Trainer at Arcadia Recovery Bureau and she worked in the retail industry.

Brittany offers 4 years of high-level customer service and training skills which she will bring to the team. Brittany was responsible for training, onboarding, interviewing, and team development. Brittany enjoys helping people and will use her skills to build strong relationships with our clients and candidates.

Lauren joined PeopleShare’s Newport News branch as our first new Recruiter for 2023. She brings with her over 5 years of Customer Service experience and 5 years as a Preschool Teacher. Her attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to build rapport with her customers will help her provide premium service to her clients and candidates.

Raised in Newport News VA, Lauren is dedicated to the growth of her community and those within it. She volunteered for over 8 years as a community group leader at Waters Edge Church and has participated in many “Clean the Beach” projects in Hampton Roads. Lauren looks forward to bringing her knowledge and skill set to the PeopleShare team to support the Peninsula area.

Deanna joined PeopleShare as a recruiter for the Special Acquisition Recruiters Team (STAR) in January 2023. Deanna has 14+ years of experience in the customer service and administration industry with over 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare and 1+ years of experience in recruiting.

Deanna’s experience and love for wanting to help people is what led her to PeopleShare and pioneered her career in staffing. Deanna has a passion for people and dedication to helping others achieve their goals and jump-start their careers.

Jordan joined the Star Team in January 2023, bringing with him a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and development. He has a passion for enriching the quality of life within a community and is thrilled to experience that same passion at PeopleShare, where he works is not just about being at the cutting edge of the recruiting industry, but about fostering career opportunities. His ultimate goal is to provide superior service for his clients and candidates. Jordan enjoys all outdoor activities his local community has to offer, but most relishes time with his wife, children, and two puppies.

Mike joined PeopleShare as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Princeton office at the start of 2023. He recently graduated from Saint Joseph’s University With a bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing, where he was also able to spend time in Italy, as he studied abroad there in his junior year.

Prior to PeopleShare, Mike worked as an intern for the New York Jets in their Operations Department where he gained valuable experience from a unique perspective on how to run a highly-detailed operation smoothly, and he is excited to bring what he learned into this diverse industry.

Mikes’s outgoing personality, as well as his passion for helping provide candidates and clients with the best experience possible, makes him a valuable asset to the PeopleShare team!

Bianca graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Theatre. Bianca is a high-energy and results-driven professional with over 6 years of customer service experience in a managerial capacity. Bianca is passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and increasing customer engagement.

Robin joined PeopleShare in 2022 as a Contract Recruiter for Licensed Agents and has since been promoted to the team. Robin possesses a strong background in customer service and business administration with over thirteen years of experience.

She brings her determination and willingness to succeed to the team. Robin’s experience is complemented by a degree in ASL Sign Language Interpretation and Business Management. She is a strong asset to both PeopleShare and our clients.

Makayla joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Glen Allen branch in 2022. Before PeopleShare, Makayla spent over six years delivering award-winning customer service and leading multiple sales teams in the telecommunication industry. She has a passion for providing quality results that exceed the expectations of both clients and candidates. Her enthusiastic energy, creative approach to finding the best solutions, and strong work ethic make her a strong asset to the PeopleShare team.

Kristin joined the PeopleShare team as a contract recruiter with the Licensed Agent Program in 2022 and has since joined the STAR Team as a recruiter.

She brings over 5 years of customer service experience as well as restaurant management experience. In her previous roles, she implemented effective results-driven systems and critical customer retention methods for her team.

Her strong work ethic and eye for excellence make her a valuable member of the PeopleShare team.

Josh joined the STAR team in 2022. After graduating from the University of Mary Washington in 2016, he pursued his passion for fitness and became a certified personal trainer.
Josh’s 6+ years in the fitness industry saw him rise to the role of Corporate Fitness Director, which allowed him to refine his passion for helping others, and his ability to build expert rapport in client relations.

Vic joined PeopleShare in October of 2022 as a Staffing Manager. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience with a strong focus on Customer Service and Sales. 

Vic grew up in New York City and now resides in South Jersey. With a passion for helping people, he loves the impact he gets to have every day by matching the right candidate to the right client. 

Alex joined the PeopleShare STAR Team as a Recruiter in 2022. She has 9 years of customer service knowledge with over 5 years of Retail Management experience where she was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training her team.

Alex has a passion for people and a commitment to helping others succeed and achieve their goals.

Nicole joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter on our STAR Team in 2022. 

Nicole comes from an HR and Recruiting background with over ten years of experience. With her interpersonal skills and outgoing nature, she brings the ability to be adaptable, diverse, and enthusiastic in recruiting excellent talent for PeopleShare.

Ashleigh joined the LAP team in April of 2022. Prior to joining PeopleShare, she studied at San Jacinto College in Houston, TX in Business Management, meanwhile working as a Family & Estate Planning legal assistant for 8 years. Her experience in helping others ultimately led her to the staffing industry in 2019 where she was a staffing consultant and pipeline coordinator for a family-owned and operated company before having her 3rd daughter. Ashleigh prides herself in her work and helping others and is excited to continue her personal growth with PeopleShare

Michael joined the PeopleShare LAP recruitment team in May of 2022. He brings with him 20 years of experience in leadership, team development, and customer service, making him a respected member of the team. His goal is to provide superior service for all his candidates while building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, Michael is a foodie at heart. He has a passion for baking and experimenting with new recipes. He also loves spending time with his family and a new puppy!

Madeleine joined the PeopleShare team in April of 2022 as a contract recruiter. She was brought on as a full-time recruiter in October to the LAP team. She is eager to grow with the PeopleShare family and continue to learn what makes a great recruiter.

 Madeleine graduated from the University of Kansas in May 2020 with her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has many years of experience in customer service from her years of hosting at different restaurants in the city of Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her cat Socks. She hopes to one day become a staffing manager or work in HR.

Ray joined PeopleShare as a LAP recruiter and quickly realized that he had found a home with PeopleShare. After he finished with a bachelor’s in marketing, he started his recruiting career in 2020 at his local Chick-Fil-A, this is where he found out that he had a deep passion for helping those looking for work to find a job they can be passionate and proud of.

Ray’s Customer service experience and willingness to always help those he works with and his candidates is what makes him a valued asset to the PeopleShares LAP team.

Doug Kawka joined the PeopleShare Philadelphia team as Branch Manager in 2022. He has over 15 years of work experience in business development.

Prior to joining PeopleShare, Doug managed sales teams for the past 15 years, ranging from a Start-Up to a Business Supply company. He takes pride in leading and developing teams, achieving business goals, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Mary’s 8-year range of expertise ranges from the receptionist to her current role as Payroll Supervisor. Working hard with determination, Mary is detail oriented, focused, and a valuable asset to the team.

With over 20 years of staffing experience, Nino Gonzalez’s range of expertise in providing exceptional service to clients and candidates is second to none. His career ranges from Recruiter to On-Site Manager to Branch Manager and onto his current role as Direct Hire Consultant. Nino focuses on engaging with clients and candidates to make the perfect match both at the skill level and culturally. Nino continues to build and develop relationships that ultimately provide unmatched service.

With over 20 years of staffing experience in roles including Onsite Manager and Branch Manager, Marsha has gained a unique perspective that she uses to prepare thorough, meaningful training. Her extensive background in recruiting allows her to provide insight to the rest of the management team regarding operations, client management, and business development. With extensive managerial experience, her input is an invaluable asset to the team.

Zach joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Norfolk branch in 2022. He graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Media Arts and Design as well as Human Resource Development.

Zach has over seven years of customer service experience with the last four years working in retail management. He has helped underperforming departments turn their numbers around through employee development, coaching, improving retention, increasing sales, and ultimately growing multiple departments’ contributions significantly.

Brice joined PeopleShare as a Branch Manager in Suffolk, Virginia.  Brice attended both Menchville High School and New River Community College. 

Before his passion in Staffing, he worked with Comcast Business as an Enterprise Account Executive partnering with businesses to help future proof their networks.  Brice spent several years at Paychex providing local businesses with Human Capital Management services as both the Sales Manager and Major Market consultant. While there he won several Conference Achievement Awards for performance.

Brice brings to PeopleShare a unique portfolio of skills, tremendous work ethic, strong leadership ability and a desire to help businesses thrive.

Selena joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the STAR Team in 2022. She has an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Camden County College. Selena has 8 years in customer service and 5 years in sales management. Along with her background in customer service and management, Selena has a passion for people and achieving results.

Nikki Joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter for the Hagerstown Branch. She graduated from the University of Phoenix, earning a Human Services degree.

Before starting her career with PeopleShare, Nikki worked as a Program Manager at The Mental Health Association. This position allowed her to engage with the community and work with people from different backgrounds to ensure meeting her client’s needs. The relationship-building and networking skills she developed in this role and her innate desire to help others form the perfect foundation for success in her role as a Recruiter for our Hagerstown branch. She has earned recognition for the programs she created for local youth, which still positively impact our community today.

Nikki’s passion for helping our community and strong work ethic make her a valuable asset to the PeopleShare team.

Starting as a Recruiter with DecisionPathHR and being quickly promoted to Recruiting Supervisor allowed Carmen to utilize her years of staffing, management, and leadership experience. After DPHR was acquired by PeopleShare, Carmen keeps building relationships with PeopleShare clients and associates, and making that perfect career match is what Carmen believes being a successful recruiter is all about and what she finds to be most rewarding.

Starting as a Sourcer and quickly being promoted to a Junior Recruiter allowed Abigail to not only continue sourcing and interviewing but build meaningful relationships with clients. She is a big believer in touring facilities and getting to know the environment and work culture to make placements based not solely on skill, but also on company values. She approaches each day open to learning something new along with a positive, can-do attitude (with a smile).

Brittany is an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a demonstrated work history primarily in the health care industry before. Skilled in both Corporate and Non-Profit Recruitment, Brittany is skilled in team building, public speaking, positive employee relations, and interview preparation.

Carlos has 10 years of recruiting experience within the Clerical Professional, Medical, and Light Industrial industries. Being bilingual and keeping a “never give up” attitude, Carlos develops meaningful connections with associates and clients. Carlos uses his skills in team building to encourage connections between clients and associates to ensure both can find success in every opportunity.

As a Recruiter for PeopleShare, Kalan’s goal of helping others be their best selves is what she does best. Building relationships with clients and truly understanding their needs through shadowing or site tours allows her to find that perfect candidate match. Interviewing face-to-face and asking open-ended questions of her applicants allows her to qualify and place them in a satisfying job.

Mike joined PeopleShare in October 2022 as a Recruiter in the Cherry Hill office. He graduated from Neumann University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Homeland Security.

Mike has over seven years of experience in customer service, sales, and management and brings with him an amazing customer service focus, a results-driven approach, and a passion for helping others.

Alyssa joined PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Newark Branch. She comes from over 11 years of varied retail experience. Before PeopleShare, Alyssa held a Store Manager title for 5 years, working up from part-time supervisor positions. Her passion for hiring and developing people throughout her career helped her grow her experience in recruiting. She is passionate about connecting with people and providing strong relationships with everyone she meets and always puts forth a strong work ethic. 

As a store manager within her previous company, Alyssa assisted and trained her peers in recruiting techniques across her district and region. Her strengths in adaptability, belief in finding top talent and passion for people make her a great addition to the team.

Jon joined PeopleShare in 2022 as a contract Recruiter for our licensed agent program. After a few short months, he was promoted to a full-lifecycle recruiter on the RPO Team.

Jon has over 5 years of Customer Service and Call Center experience. Throughout his career, has helped people reach their full potential by providing support through training and being a team player. He brings energy and passion to the PeopleShare team.

Brandi joined PeopleShare as a Senior Recruiter at the Chesapeake Branch in 2022. She has years of experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments.

Before recruiting, Brandi held leadership roles for multiple Retail Corporations. During her tenure as a retail manager, she developed strong interpersonal skills, the ability to source quality candidates, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals. 

Brandi’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail will make her an asset to the PeopleShare Team.

Jennifer joined PeopleShare as the Staff Manager for the Bolingbrook Branch in August 2022. She is currently enrolled at Rasmussen University for her degree in Human Resources. Jennifer was first introduced to staffing in 2008, over the past 14 years, she has obtained roles such as Coordinator, On-site Manager, Service Coordinator, and Branch Manager.

Jennifer finds staffing to be rewarding when building relationships with candidates and clients. Jennifer has developed strong teamwork skills; she brings a positive and motivating attitude. Her enthusiasm for always working towards growth and always wanting to learn more is what makes her an asset to PeopleShare.

Taylor Cooper joined the Pottstown team as a Recruiter. Taylor graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, where he gained great communication skills.

He has over 15 years of leadership/supervisory experience. In all roles, he focused on scheduling, recruitment, employee recognition, coaching, and performance management. 

Brittany joined PeopleShare as a Staffing Manager for the Glen Allen Branch. She brings 17 years of customer service, management, and business development experience to the team.

Before joining the team, Brittany worked as a retail operations manager, corporate trainer, business developer, and improvement specialist. She was awarded for her dedication to Perpetuating Company Culture in Training and Development.

Brittany’s dedicated passion for people and results will ensure client and candidate satisfaction in her new role.

Wes joined the PeopleShare STAR team in August 2022 as a Recruiter. He has worked as a recruiter for over two years as well as served as a hiring manager for luxury retailers.
