Marc Colon
Director of Customer Service

Marc is originally from Reading, PA, and graduated from Kutztown University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Sociology. After graduating Marc began his career working for DTR Villa, an athletic apparel retailer. He excelled in his Managerial role, receiving several awards for top performance. This performance lead him to be asked by his company to open their first location in Philadelphia!

Continued success brought on his next challenge (opportunity!) with a promotion to District Manager, in Dallas, TX, where he spent the last five and a half years. Marc assisted with two acquisitions/mergers and turned around some underperforming locations. His responsibilities included everything from hiring, training & developing his teams as well as P&L oversight.

When not analyzing the business, coming up with solutions to problems and delivering exceptional service, Marc enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, cooking and trying new foods.
