Jennifer started with PeopleShare in 2007 as a Branch Manager. She was quickly promoted to Area Manager. Jennifer manages the Pottstown, King of Prussia and Reading locations. Prior to joining PeopleShare Jennifer started her career in staffing at Accounting Principals then Adecco.
Jennifer is The President of The Greater Pottstown SHRM Chapter and is an active member of the KenCrest Business and Industry Council, and the Tri County Chamber of Commerce. Jen also was acknowledged as a contributor in 101 Hiring Mistakes Employers Make and How To Avoid Them by Richard Fein. Most recently she was named the District Director for the Northeast for SHRM’s Pennsylvania State Council.

Joseph Ackell joins the Pottstown team from a notable staffing firm where he was a Recruiter before being promoted to Client Program Manager for a large account. While onsite, he managed the recruitment and day-to-day operations of 75 associates and worked on more than 20 open orders daily. Joseph has been involved in the recruitment world since 2009. He is no stranger to what we do every day and is dedicated to great customer service. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miller-Motte College.

Christina joined the PeopleShare team in July 2013 as a Recruiter in the Pottstown branch. After attending Mansfield University where she studied Business Management, Christina started her professional career working as a receptionist within staffing industry. She quickly exceeded expectations and became an invaluable member of the organization and was quickly promoted into a recruiting role. There she found her niche and was notorious for her unwavering drive and innate ability to make great matches for clients and candidates alike.

Chelsey joined the PeopleShare team in August 2016 as a Recruiting Coordinator and was promoted to Jr. Recruiter in January 2017. Her previous experience included roles with the American Heart Association and Modern Driven Media where she excelled in customer service, managing special projects, social media management and innovation. As a graduate from West Chester University with a focus in communication, her combined education and work experience will allow her to exceed client expectations. Danielle started as a Recruiter in the Pottstown Branch in December 2014. She is an outstanding recruitment professional that takes pride in her work and building client and employee relationships. Prior to PeopleShare, Danielle worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at another local staffing company for over 6 years. In that role she fine tuned her recruitment skills covering recruitment, new hire orientation, payroll, coordinating, employment checks and made placements in the administrative and light industrial fields. Danielle started her working career at SEI Investments, after graduating with a degree in Marketing.

Barbara brings tremendous experience to PeopleShare. With over 17 years of advertising expertise managing a wide client base, she is skilled at meeting our clients’ needs. Barbara made the transition to PeopleShare in September of 2006. Since that time, she has become quite adept at matching our qualified candidates to a variety of positions with our client companies. Barbara is a long-time Pottstown resident, and as such, she has a good understanding of the local community. She is an expert at finding great candidates for those hard-to-fill positions.

Ryann has over 5 years of experience working for Therapy Source where she worked in various roles of recruitment. While there, her roles included Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sr. Account Coordinator. Natalie joins the team with over 4 years of recruitment experience. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Natalie worked at Therapy Source where she was responsible for all levels of recruiting within the organization. Her days included interviewing, screening, compliance of credentials, training new staff members, managing the database, and creating better recruitment processes. Susannah joined the PeopleShare team as a Recruitment Coordinator and was promoted to Jr. Recruiter in January 2018. Prior to joining the team, Susannah worked as a Sales Representative/ Consultant at Boscov’s. While there, she conducted group education sessions and provided a great guest experiences. She has also worked as a Expediter for N.B. Rogers, where she conducted inventory, contacted suppliers for estimates of material costs and maintained communication with site managers. Susannah’s multi tasking skill sets and ability to manage projects are adding great strength to the Pottstown team. She has a can do attitude and a desire to help everyone that she comes in contact with.

Megan Zinsli joins the team as a Recruitment Coordinator. She is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in Political Science. Previous to joining PeopleShare, Megan worked as a Program Coordinator for the YMCA. While in the role she assisted with recruiting, hiring and scheduling. She also oversaw 30 staff members, conducted trainings and onboarding.
