Leveraging over 20 years of experience, including 3 years in the staffing industry, Joe thrives on building strong teams and empowering others. His work ethic and motivational spirit are infectious.
A hidden rockstar, Joe co-writes and performs with his band! Outside of work, you'll find him jamming on guitar, rocking out with his band, or cheering on his kids during their sporting events. Xavier "Xman" McDanie quote, "There are two pains in life: the pain of discipline and the pain of disappointment. If you can handle the pain of discipline, you will never have to deal with the pain of disappointment" fuels his dedication to excellence.

Derrick brings over 17 years of sales and leadership experience to PeopleShare, with a passion for fostering growth in himself and others. His collaborative spirit and professional curiosity have fueled innovation throughout his career.
Outside of the office, Derrick is a sim-racing enthusiast, a lifelong Formula One fan and surprising people with his culinary skills, particularly his twist on Shakshuka. He believes in Alexander Graham Bell's adage: "When God closes a door, he opens a window," and thrives on helping others find their next great professional opportunity.
