Gilles Leadership and Biography
Based in Chicago, Illinois, Gilles Tanneur leads PROMAN Staffing, the US division of PROMAN Group, a major international staffing firm headquartered in France. Drawing on extensive experience in global business strategy and workforce solutions, Mr. Tanneur directs the U.S. operations with an emphasis on expansion, innovation, and the provision of bespoke staffing services across a diverse array of sectors.
Gilles Tanneur is the CEO of PROMAN Staffing, the U.S. division of France-based PROMAN Group. Based in Chicago, he brings over 30 years of international leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. Under his direction, PROMAN US, which includes the PeopleShare brand, has expanded significantly in North America, including the acquisitions of Paramount Staffing and TalentForce, contributing to over $450 million in revenue by 2024.
Our History
PeopleShare was founded in 2005, in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, to provide employees and clients the opportunity to achieve their goals and enhance their overall success. The company grew quickly over the next 18 years, and in 2023, the global staffing company PROMAN group acquired PeopleShare. PROMAN US operates with a robust network of over 100 branches in 20 states, providing comprehensive coverage and deep local market understanding. We also operate a virtual recruiting team, which extends our reach across the entire continental US.

2005
PeopleShare was founded in King of Prussia, PA.
2006
2007-2012
PeopleShare quickly opened a second location in Pottstown, PA
PeopleShare continued its rapid growth, adding 8 total offices in Pennsylvania.
2013
PeopleShare acquired S&R Staffing, giving us an even larger footprint in Pennsylvania.
2015
PeopleShare had achieved over $100 million in revenue and was subsequently acquired by private equity firm Trivest Partners.
2016
PeopleShare moved our corporate headquarters to Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
2019
PeopleShare expanded into Virginia with the acquisition of Reliance Staffing, and into Illinois with the acquisition of BP Staffing.
2022
PeopleShare acquired DecisionPathHR in Charlotte, expanding our footprint into North and South Carolina.
2023
PeopleShare was acquired by PROMAN Staffing, a global staffing firm with North American headquarters in Northbrook, Illinois.
