Amber brings over 10 years of Human Resources and Staffing expertise to her role as Staffing Manager.
Passionate about "building futures rather than just filling positions," Amber specializes in strategic talent alignment and fostering trust-based relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. She is a natural problem-solver who thrives on the challenge of connecting the right person with the right opportunity.
When she isn’t building world-class teams, Amber is a dedicated gym-goer, a proud "dog mom" to Mr. Cooper, and a mother to two teenagers who keep her inspired.

Outside of the office, when fall and winter arrive, he frequently spends his time deer hunting. Above all, Matt is steadfast in his devotion to his faith and is deeply committed to his family.
