Regional Vice President
With 20 years of experience and a drive to excel, Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. His 2.5 years in staffing combined with his strong work ethic, honed since his first job with his father, make him a valuable asset.
Beyond the office, Carmen's skills extend to home improvement - he's a whiz with a toolbox! When not tackling projects, he enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his son. Inspired by the quote, "Be phenomenal or be forgotten," Carmen brings a results-oriented approach with a touch of unexpected talent.
Michelle Kulchinsky
Senior Branch Operations Manager
With a seasoned 24 years in staffing, Michelle thrives on connecting talent with opportunity. A master communicator, she builds strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers through active listening and empathy. No two days are the same in staffing, a quality Michelle cherishes.
Beyond work, she unleashes her design talents, cheering on the Sixers and Eagles, and spoiling her rescue pups, Luna and Marty. "You can't wait until life isn't hard anymore before you decide to be happy" is her guiding motto.

Erin brings a unique blend of experience to the table, with nearly 20 years in retail management and customer service, and 3 years in staffing. Her tech-savvy nature and sharp eye for detail ensure a smooth process for both clients and candidates. Erin thrives on the human connection – seeing a job offer transform lives fuels her passion for the ever-evolving staffing landscape.
Beyond work, Erin is a loyal Philadelphia Phillies fan, cherishes time with loved ones, and enjoys the company of her (not-so-tiny) Old English Bulldog, Tiny.
