Effective May 2014, Joe joined the PeopleShare team as Chief Financial Officer responsible for all financial, treasury, Risk management and Corporate Human resources functions. Included in these functions are strategy, budgeting, tracking key performance indicators and driving a strong control environment to protect company assets and ensure proper financial reporting.
Joe’s career spans 25 years experience in various finance roles with the most recent as CFO for Mars Fishcare, (a division of Mars, Inc.) responsible for finance, accounting, Information Technology and Human Resources. Previously, Joe launched his own High Tech consulting company after having spent twelve years in Verizon in various finance and marketing roles.
Joe is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania, a graduate of Temple University with a BS in Accounting and an MBA in International Business from Villanova University.
Ryan joined the PeopleShare team in September of 2015 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and was promoted to Financial Analyst in November 2016. Ryan is a 2013 graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Prior to joining PeopleShare Ryan was a Cash Application Supervisor for a Medical Supply company in Oaks. Ryan brings great creativity and a process driven mindset that will be key in the Accounts Receivable area as our business continues to grow.
Victoria is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on human resource management, organizational behavior and employment discrimination. She eagerly became a member of the PeopleShare team in 2013 as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Pottstown branch. Through her hard work and dedication, she was quickly promoted to the role of a Jr. Recruiter where she continued to excel and reaffirm her value within the team. With her continued success and invaluable skill set, Victoria was promoted once again to the role of Risk Management Coordinator. With her professional yet genuine approach to clients and candidates alike, she will be an excellent fit.
Olga started with PeopleShare as a Recruiter in the Pottstown branch. There she had her clients’ best interests at heart and excelled in making good connections with her candidates. She was also skilled in bilingual recruitment and made numerous successful placements in the field. Olga has now transitioned to a Risk Manager where her main responsibilities are managing and reducing costs in Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Claims. Prior to PeopleShare, Olga was part of the recruitment team at a local staffing firm. She is also an active participant at the Tri County Chamber WOW luncheons and attends many of the functions.
Sydney joined the PeopleShare Harrisburg team in September 2013 and was promoted to Corporate Trainer in November 2016. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Political Science, and brings to PeopleShare previous work experience within the customer service and office administration fields. Sydney brings high energy and enthusiasm to the team, and she is looking forward to contributing to the company in her new role as corporate trainer.
Joni joined the PeopleShare team in March 2011. She assists the accounting department with cash receipts, billing, payroll and various other duties. Previously, Joni worked within the Mortgage Banking industry in Secondary Marketing. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Washington State University.
Katelyn joined our team in September 2016 as Payroll Coordinator and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor in July 2017. She contributes invaluable payroll experience to the department. Prior to joining PeopleShare, she served as a Senior Payroll Specialist responsible for comprehensive payroll management for approximately 300 clients at a large payroll processing firm. Katelyn’s success was enabled by her ability to uncover client needs, create service strategies, and build strong relationships necessary to achieve client growth and retention. Her experiences and client-focused mentality make her a strong asset to our team.
Jack joined the PeopleShare team in October 2016 as the Customer Service Manager. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Jack spent 10 years at Cotiviti Healthcare where he held various positions in leadership. He was the recipient of multiple service awards for Dedication and Team Player for his service above and beyond expectations. Jack’s career spans over 20 years and includes experience in various management roles, the most recent being Customer Service Manager and Collection Manager. He has been responsible for collections, customer service, process improvements, and overall support of the audit teams. He has been a resident of Philadelphia since 2006 and resides with his wife Desiree and three boys Tyler, Christian, and Alexander.
Dawn joined the PeopleShare team in March 2016 as the Director of Marketing & Brand Management, based in the corporate office. She began her career as a graphic designer before earning her MBA from Kutztown University, and she brings with her 10+ years of experience in digital marketing management, branding, website development, SEO, business development and social media. She enjoys keeping on top of the marketing industry’s ever-changing landscape and looks forward to utilizing her skills to enhance and grow the PeopleShare brand.
Abby joined the PeopleShare team in June 2016. She comes with experience in customer service, recruiting, social media, and marketing as a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Spanish and International Trade and a minor in Business Administration. Abby assists the Human Resources department in several areas. She supports our Corporate Recruiter in finding first-rate talent for internal positions. In addition to recruiting, she assists in the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring that their first weeks at PeopleShare run smoothly and successfully. Abby is committed to finding the best talent for PeopleShare and making their transition to the PeopleShare team effortless and efficient.
Rick joined the PeopleShare team in March of 2016 as the Accounts Payable Coordinator. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and brings to the position 30+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Financial Accounting experience. His great analytical skills and process-driven mindset will be key in the Accounts Payable area as PeopleShare continues to grow.
Mike graduated from Rutgers University where he majored in communications. After graduating, Mike spent a short time in radio as the host of a call-in talk show and was the lead announcer for a startup company broadcasting E-sports. After working in the credit and mortgage fields and watching both industries take a down turn, Mike decided to make a change and pursued a career in the insurance industry. A licensed agent since 2008, Mike has sold door to door and in call center environments. As state licensed insurance instructor, Mike is passionate about sharing his knowledge and has helped hundreds of students achieve their goal of increasing their employability through acquiring a health and accident license. His experience in training, insurance sales, and radio broadcasting resulted in a unique, engaging and highly successful pre-license training course. Mike is also passionate about collecting very cool watches as a hobby.
Amy joined the PeopleShare team in August 2016 as a Payroll Coordinator. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Grove City College and her Master’s Degree in Administrative Management from St. Joseph’s University. As a member of the corporate team, Amy brings with her over twenty-five years of experience in both profit and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes payroll, human resources, office management and client administration.
Crissy joined the PeopleShare team as the Director of Human Resources in March 2016. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Communication Studies and concentrations in Organizational Communication and Human Resources. Crissy comes to PeopleShare with over a decade of experience in her field. Her expertise includes employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding and employee development and training.
Katie joined the PeopleShare team in May 2011 as Recruiting Manager for a high volume client and in November 2012 was promoted to Program Director. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Katie was a Recruiter in the Mortgage Industry for the previous three years. She began as a Senior Mortgage Consultant and after six years of selling mortgages she transitioned into the Recruiter position where she found her niche. Katie enjoys the satisfaction of helping others find their niche.
Mark joined the PeopleShare team in October 2014 as an Onsite Program Manager where he focuses on managing the staffing for one of our large clients. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Mark was a Recruiting Manager for another large firm in Exton, PA. Mark served in the US Navy for twenty years and moved into HR roles upon completion of his career in the Navy. Mark has held different Human Resources positions within various industries. He is well versed in many aspects of human resources, vendor management, building strong relationships in addition to compliance and reporting. Mark also holds his PHR.
Hope joined the PeopleShare team in June 2014 as a Corporate Recruiter where she focuses on finding top talent for internal roles. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Hope was a legal recruiter in Philadelphia for 17 years where she excelled at identifying outstanding candidates for top law firms. She enjoys using creative recruitment strategies and engaging candidates to achieve her goals. Hope is dedicated to the process of seeking out talented candidates to join the PeopleShare team.
Jennifer started her career with PeopleShare in October 2013 as an on-site Billing Specialist for one of PeopleShare’s VMS clients and was promoted to Cash Applications Specialist in our corporate office in August 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park. Before joining PeopleShare, Jennifer’s experience included over 15 years within the consumer and business-to-business finance industry with a focus in customer service and personal & commercial credit and within education fundraising support with a primary focus on customer service and sales.
