Nicole Alexopoulos | HR Specialist | Contact Nicole
Nicole joined PeopleShare in October 2018 as an HR Specialist. In this role, she will be working on numerous HR initiatives, supporting talent acquisition as well as making sure operations at Corporate HQ are running smoothly. Nicole has prior experience working within the staffing industry, most recently as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Nicole played on the women’s ice hockey team at Neumann University while obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree, where she graduated in 2012. Nicole is very excited to be a part of such a great team at PeopleShare!
Ryan joined the PeopleShare team in September of 2015 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and was promoted to Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in December 2018. Ryan is a 2013 graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Prior to joining PeopleShare Ryan was a Cash Application Supervisor for a Medical Supply company in Oaks. Ryan brings great creativity and a process driven mindset that will be key in the Accounts Receivable area as our business continues to grow.
Megan joined the PeopleShare team as a Customer Service Specialist in September 2018. She has an extensive background in corporate on boarding and sales training, which allowed her to do what she is most passionate about, which is helping others. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Kutztown University and her special business interests include organization and innovation. She is an already incredible asset to the Customer Service team and is looking forward to learning the business and helping our customers.
Victoria is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Employment Discrimination. She eagerly became a member of the PeopleShare team in 2013 as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Pottstown branch. Through her hard work and dedication, she was quickly promoted to the role of a Jr. Recruiter where she continued to excel and reaffirm her value within the team. With her continued success and invaluable skill set, Victoria was promoted to Risk Management Coordinator and then to Corporate Trainer where she contributes significantly to the development of our recruiting teams.
Jacquie joined the PeopleShare team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2018 and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Recruiter in April 2019. In this role, she will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in full-cycle recruitment for internal hiring, as well as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions within PeopleShare. Jacquie graduated in December 2017 with her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kutztown University. Being the hardworking and motivated individual that she is, Jacquie is an exceptional addition to our team!
Kelsey joined the PeopleShare team in February 2018 as a Lead Recruiter in our Optum Branch. She was promoted to a permanent position in October 2018 to Assistant Program Manager for our Managed Service Provider programs. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Kelsey earned her Bachelors degree in Education and taught preschool for four years. Her experience in education helped develop time management and leadership skills. Kelsey is excited to continue her personal growth with PeopleShare while continuing to run successful MSP programs.
Sydney joined the PeopleShare team in September 2013 as a Recruiting Coordinator in the Harrisburg branch. She was soon promoted to Recruiter, and then Senior Recruiter, and in November 2016 she was promoted to her current position as Corporate Trainer. In her current position she is responsible for training new members of the recruitment team, as well as planning and implementing ongoing training for our branches. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Political Science.
Joni joined the PeopleShare team in March 2011. She assists the accounting department with cash receipts, billing, payroll and various other duties. Previously, Joni worked within the Mortgage Banking industry in Secondary Marketing. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Washington State University.
Hope joined the PeopleShare Team in July 2018 where she is assessing and managing risk for the company. Hope brings a wealth of experience having worked in the Risk Departments of several organizations. Most recently Hope was on the Risk Management Team at ESCFederal, a National Janitorial and Facility Maintenance Company. Prior to that, she was Director of Risk Management, responsible for risk at the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, one of the largest YMCA Associations in the country. Hope enjoys volunteering, camping and spending time with her family & two dogs.
Rich Halsey | Senior Vice President | Contact Rich
Rich Halsey joined PeopleShare in November of 2008 to open the company’s fourth branch in West Chester, PA. Rich has been promoted four times, expanding his management to oversee nine branches in the company, nearly half of all PeopleShare branches.
Rich has over fifteen years of successful staffing experience which includes building and maintaining successful partnerships with the most prestigious companies in Chester and Delaware counties. Rich is also accomplished in creating strong recruiting teams to support these partnerships.
Rich serves on the Board of the Chester County Human Resources Association where he is the Membership Chairman.
Crissy joined the PeopleShare team as the Director of Human Resources in March 2016. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Communication Studies and concentrations in Organizational Communication and Human Resources. Crissy comes to PeopleShare with over a decade of experience in her field. Her expertise includes employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding and employee development and training.
Ashley joins the Finance team as Staff Accountant in June 2019. She holds a Bachelors in Accounting from West Chester University and has previously worked in accounting at a local sales company. She enjoys learning new aspects of accounting, taking on new challenges and solving problems.
Anna began her career at PeopleShare in June 2016 as a Customer Service Coordinator and was promoted to Customer Service Coordinator II in February 2019. Prior to joining PeopleShare she has worked in the medical and financial industries in similar roles. She is dedicated to doing the best she can for all clients is praised by her colleagues as having a positive attitude and strong work ethic, making her an excellent asset to the Customer Service team.
Christina joined the PeopleShare team as an On-Site Program Manager in 2015, and has been promoted twice, most recently in June 2019 to Vice President of Sales, Strategic Solutions. Christina’s extensive expertise in a variety of subjects including management, marketing, sales and software implementation make her an incredible asset to the team in her role as VP. Managing a team that oversees managed service programs in more than twenty states, Christina is a hard worker, precise and personable, successfully working with many companies as their main point of contact.
George joined the PeopleShare Risk Management team in April 2019. He is a graduated of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in Business Management, and has more than 25 years in the customer service industry. He prides himself on his passion for helping people find efficient solutions in a timely manner and is excited to be a part of the Risk Management team!
Emily joined PeopleShare in September 2015 as an On-Site Program Coordinator and was promoted to Program Manager in June 2017. Emily manages a large scale client and other managed programs. Prior to joining our team, Emily graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in Business Management while simultaneously working as an Administrative professional. Emily is a motivated self-starter with a detail-oriented, positive attitude. Always ready to lend a hand, she is an excellent addition to the Corporate team!
Laylan joined the PeopleShare team in April 2018 as the Marketing Manager, based in the corporate office. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Central Missouri and moved to the Philadelphia area in 2015. She started her career in nonprofits and worked as an event planner for several years before transitioning into the marketing space. Laylan’s experience and energetic, hands-on attitude make her an important asset to the PeopleShare team.
Mark joined the PeopleShare team in October 2014 as an Onsite Program Manager where he focuses on managing the staffing for one of our large clients. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Mark was a Recruiting Manager for another large firm in Exton, PA. Mark served in the US Navy for twenty years and moved into HR roles upon completion of his career in the Navy. Mark has held different Human Resources positions within various industries. He is well versed in many aspects of human resources, vendor management, building strong relationships in addition to compliance and reporting. Mark also holds his PHR.
Hope joined the PeopleShare team in June 2014 as a Corporate Recruiter where she focuses on finding top talent for internal roles. She was promoted to a managerial role in February 2017. Prior to joining PeopleShare, Hope was a legal recruiter in Philadelphia for 17 years where she excelled at identifying outstanding candidates for top law firms. She enjoys using creative recruitment strategies and engaging candidates to achieve her goals. Hope is dedicated to the process of seeking out talented candidates to join the PeopleShare team.
Jennifer started her career with PeopleShare in October 2013 as an on-site Billing Specialist for one of PeopleShare’s VMS clients and has been promoted twice, most recently in November 2018 to Accounts Recievable Analyst. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park. Before joining PeopleShare, Jennifer’s experience included over 15 years within the consumer and business-to-business finance industry with a focus in customer service and personal & commercial credit and within education fundraising support with a primary focus on customer service and sales.
