Requirements: A B.S. in Operations Management or a technical discipline and at least seven years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Operator

Who We're Looking For: Individuals with steady hands and a strong attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, has good dexterity, and enjoys meticulous work.

Responsibilities: You will follow precise processes to assemble opto-electronic components, often using a microscope. This is a seated role in a clean room with no heavy lifting or strong smells.

Technician

Line Manager
